Dr. Godley is the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. He and the staff are super friendly, informative, and efficient. Dr. Godley performed my first filling ever. I was so nervous going into this appointment. He answered all of my questions before he started. The whole process was really quick and completely pain free. Not my favorite. We did our intro consultation and both experienced a Non-Gentle Touch in our mouths. Painful experience when Dr. Godley probed our mouths causing residual soreness afterwards. We decided to look for a more gentle dentist.

Dr. Godley and his staff are awesome. Extremely friendly and always helpful. They never seem to fail to get me in really soon if I ever have pain. He also does great work and gives the best advice for your options. I'll be going there as long as he's around. Thanks again Dr. Godley and Staff!

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Godley and his staff. While visiting western North Carolina for Thanksgiving week, I developed a toothache that I feared would escalate just in time for the holiday, and every dentist to be closed. I called early on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday morning, even though I was not an existing patient and it was a short work week for them. From the person who made my appointment to the person who checked me in to the technician who assisted with my appointment and Dr. Godley himself, everyone was friendly, professional, warm, and welcoming. I left with a prescription for an antibiotic, instructions for pain management, and an assurance that they would forward the x-ray to my primary dentist at home, along with notes about my visit. Overall, it was the best possible outcome for having an unpleasant toothache on vacation during a holiday week and that is solely attributed to Dr. Godley and his staff. Everyone is friendly and excellent here. Isn't intimidating at all to go to the dentist. They don't spend the whole time finding ways to scold you. They educate and help you out. It's great!

The dentist always made me nervous, so I've put off visits for years. Then, with just two and a half weeks before I move and subsequently lose my current dental insurance, I chipped a tooth. Dr. Godley's office was able to work me in for some X-Rays quickly, and have since bent over backwards for me, getting me in to last minute cancellations and actively working on getting my teeth in shape before I leave. They are kind and put me at ease, and I am very grateful for their excellent care and professionalism when I'm on a time crunch. I highly recommend this business for anyone in the Asheville-Weaverville area, especially if you get anxious in the dentist's chair!
