Dont go here find a better knee doctor,, they dont follow up and they dont care about your pain !

My husband fractured his Patellar and was seen at the hospital. They called the ortho on call and acted like no big deal just to make an appointment in the Winchester office the following Monday. Keep in mind, not only did my husband have this fracture on one leg, he also sprained his ankle and can not bare weight on either legs. After calling for hours, no one ever answered the phone was able finally able to leave a voice mail and took 3 1/2 hours to actually get someone to call me back. Finally get an afternoon appointment, had to have the WFD to help get my husband out of the house into my car. When I get there, a line was out the door. Was misinformed we had to wait outside. So once we reach inside, I approach the window and told them he was here and that I needed assistance lifting him out of my car. They refused and said it was a liability. I think they were just lazy, they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Time for a career change for some!! I have never had a doctors office not assist a patient. I worked in the Federal Health care and it was my job to assist any patient that needed it. So frustrated, I stormed out, under a lot of stress on the verge of a breakdown, I called St Joe East for help. They told me to bring him in and they will take care of him. They were wonderful. They referred us to Bluegrass Orthopedic, Dr McGonigle. There office is wonderful! They have assisted getting my husband in and out of the car, caring, even put him as an emergency add on for surgery Friday!! If you can, please go somewhere else. Too many staff to count are not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly.

The office staff is horrible!! The front desk has some of the rudest employees I have ever spoken to in my life. Some of the nurses are very rude as well. You can never reach anyone by phone either. The only reason they even are receiving a 2 star rating is the doctors themselves, they are very understanding and try to be helpful.

I love the doctors here! And had it not been for the short, curt and seemingly irritable front office staff, I would have given 5 stars!

The Wait is way to longgggg to see drs!!! And the girls at front desk are not friendly at all!!!!!!

Can't say enough how professional the entire staff at KOS is. From intial consult through my procedure and follow up therapy, top notch.

Doctors, and PA's are great. Personalized care, and I've built relationships with the office staff and feel cared for when I go there.

Best experience I've had with a medical practice. Front office staff, PAs and the Drs themselves, great team and great group of people to work with.

Office staff, techs, and providers are very friendly and they provide excellent patient care. Multiple treatments offered, including non-invasive treatment/procedures. Highly recommend!

I have received wonderful care from these providers! Their new office at 235 Boggs Lane in Richmond is very nice, too. I will recommend this place to every one.

I was referred to Dr. Grau by hospital emergency Dr. I saw him in the Versailles office and I was in with him less than five minutes. Never discussed my two shoulder fractures or asked me anything about my injury. I am still waiting on a C Scan and it will be two weeks Monday. Maybe insurance authorization or maybe back logged, but I was not in the least impressed with his demeanor. Just saying...................

Excellent diagnosis, treatment, and accessibility. I would refer Dr. Grau and staff to family and friends.

Greg is patient and really listens when I am having knee pain. I’ve been getting PRP injections for years from him . The PRP coupled with Synvisc helps my knee pain and I get them about every 8-12 months. I’m trying to put off having knee replacements for as long as possible. I highly recommend him as a physician.

Love Dr. Grau!!! He did both of my shoulder surgeries, and he treats both my mom and dad. He is my go to for orthopedic!

Please find someone else. Their level of care and concern for their patients is minimal at best. I was seen by the PA and he didn't take the time to even explain to me what my injury was, only telling me the name of it and then left the room. When I called the practice manager, Jamie, she was also lacking in her care/concern for my inquiries as to why their level of care is lacking. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Please find someone else. Their level of care and concern for their patients is minimal at best. I have received excellent care from Dr. Grau. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing.

Was schedule for shoulder surgery with other Dr in office but the Dr was out on medical leave so was seen by Dr Grau. He was very pleasant and explained everything in terms that I undrrstood. Answered all my questions. Would recommend him to others.

apt. with Dr...saw a PA...not to good first visit. too little time spent, no explanation of diagnosis of x ray other than bone broke...need approval from ins. for mri....waited for 14 days before sending in

Dr grau injured me after I told him I was allergic to suture he used it anyway resulting in 7 mths of severe pain and another surgery to remove, he broke his oath as a dr to no harm.

Seemed to be less than interested in helping, acted like I was wasting his time.

Great guy. Treats the whole family. We are regulars.

Dr. Grau took time to review my history and problems, offered treatment that day, and it helped very much! I would, and did, recommend him to some family and friends recently!

When I first started seeing Dr. Grau almost 8 years ago, he did a great job. However, the level of service I have received over the years has declined. For the past couple of years, he has done little to even attempt to help me. He has suggested surgeries that were not necessary instead of helping me to obtain the splints & braces that would help me with my condition. His office also refused to send a copy of my medical records to my primary care doctor for over a year and a half, even after I had filled out numerous medical release forms for them to do so; they said I needed to pay for my medical records before they could be sent to my primary care doctor. This resulted in me having difficulty receiving the medical treatment and care I need. After dealing with this for so long, I confronted Dr. Grau about it. He admitted that his office had knowingly broken the law by not sending my medical records to my other doctor. He acted as though he was going to actually start doing his job. He wa supposed to be making me a referral, and even had an appointment scheduled for me to come back to his office in 6 weeks. However, today (a week and a half later) I received a letter from Dr. Grau stating that he refuses to treat me. I am astounded and disgusted!
