Dr. Gregory F Hollar

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Hollar for 7 years. I used to operate primary care centers in Austin Texas. I have known and worked with many physicians. Dr. Hollar is very well informed and does his job very professionally. On multiple occasions he has provided us with important and cost effective medical advice and support. If you are seeking quality, competent care backed up by an efficient and caring staff, I urge you to sign up with this physician and benefit from his knowledge and attention to detail. Dr. Hollar is an outstanding physician for all the right reasons. He's thoughtful, listens to me carefully, and thinks outside the box--meaning holistically as well as purely medically. He not only gives me his careful, very considered attention, but also explains everything thoroughly, and never fails to get back to me promptly.

He was my moms PCP for 3 maybe 4 visits. Between her and I we have seen many drs. I have never met anyone with such a horrible bed side manner. He was rude and very un compassionate towards my 81year old mother. When he got snarky with us I told him that we will be finding a new Dr. he’s just said that’s fine. I have went to Clinix for approximately 20 years and Dr. Holler is absolutely amazing! He is very thorough and will do whatever it takes to get you feeling better!

Dr. Hollar has a horrible bedside manner and no compassion for his patients. Will never go back and would recommend looking elsewhere for a GOOD dr.

I've been seeing Dr Hollar for several years now, and I highly recommend him. He takes the time to listen and talk with you. He's knowledgeable, and works with you on your health concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Hollar for 8 or 9 years. I find him to be knowledgeable, competent, attentive and professional. He's a good doc doing a solid job. I used to own a chain of urgent care centers and have worked with a lot of primary care docs. I recommend him.

I seen this so called doctor years ago and it's stayed with me how horrible the experience was. So I decided to write a review. The man is a totally uneducated about thyroid disease and everything else in my opinion. He is arrogant and had more to say about the marionette line around my face and his suggestion to get fillers than my medical issues, which were serious. I then seen another 'doctor' in the practice (who I believe is since retired) and is course of 'treatment' was to have cards of various flowers and plants. You pic out the card that resonates with you and then are sold some portion. That his wife made. Unbeliveable. STAY away.

My wife has lupus and has not been feeling well. She called the office early morning asking for a return call which never came. She called later and got the after hours person, Mr. Hollar. She has not been seen by him but she has been going to this office. He had no sympathy or empathy at all. His only response was go to the emergency room. No apology for not getting a call, no promise to have someone call tomorrow, just go to the emergency room. He may be in the wrong profession.

I had seen numerous doctors over the course of 6 years, to no avail. It wasn't until I saw Dr. Hollar that my medical issues were finally identified and I was able to start treatments. He is very thorough, caring and professional.

I credit Dr. Hollar for so much. I've seen him for years, started having unexplained problems he sent me to the University for further testing. The neurologist unsure what was happening said that I could go for a thoracic MRI but doubted anything would show on it and it's costly. Going in for my regular appt. with Dr. Hollar told him what was said he told me to get back to that hospital and have it done now. Period. It lit up, diagnosis MS. I can't thank him enough. He is the best.

Dr. Hollar is caring and thorough. He takes his time to carefully ask you the right questions and deals with each issue completely. I live an hour away but will not switch doctors because I feel he really has my best health interests at heart. He will not shy away from a specialist recommendation if he feels you need one. He hasn't been 'wrong' about my health yet. I usually don't get in until I am really ill...but he competently and patiently takes care of me.

Absolute best Doctor if you want some one to take the time to explain and examine your personal symptoms. If he feels you need it he recommends the TOP SPECIALISTS for you to see. This Doctor reminds me of how Doctors were, and should be now, years ago when Doctors truly cared for their patients mind and body. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hollar if you are looking for truth and compassion I promise you will not leave disappointed. He is an amazing Dr. with healing abilities that will leave you wondering about all the other Drs. you have seen.

This place is terrible - do not go there!!!! I went in to meet with Dr. Kaiser because I've been sick for a while now and he told me it was a virus and that I should use over the counter medicines to help me. He told me he would give me an antibiotic prescription but that I really should not use it. I did not take the prescription and a few days later I am worse. I called the clinic to get the antibiotic only for them to tell me that Dr. Kaiser was not there today and they needed me to come in again. I asked if they could call him and they declined. I asked to have one of the other doctors call me and they said they were too busy. My time is very valuable and I've already been in there one time this week and do not have to go in there again. They did not offer me any assistance so now I am going to spend the weekend sick again. Aren't they in business to help people with their health? Well, I definitely did not get that kind of service from this clinic and I will never go there again. I can't stand doctor who does not understand that they are in customer service to help people and they have absolutely no customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere because that is the beauty of being in the U.S. is I have options!

bedside manner is about as appealing as an angry judge. he doesn't return phone calls and his asst's are about as unprofessional as they can be. The facilities are old and outdated and the entire 'holistic' health-care facility is pretty pathetic

He is so caring. His office is a very peaceful atmosphere. He and his staff are great!!!
