I was billed when I didn’t even see a doc ... the front desk lady will set up an appointment with a random doc! I can’t believe I’ve had to spend 3 hours on the phone just to clarify that! Definitely need better management

I wish he and Dr Korbett hadn't retired. It's extremely hard to find good doctors, now a day's you have to worry if your best interest is priority. The staff and doctors were 1 of the best groups to be a part of. Outstanding staff at Georgia behavior health clinic. Dr. Melieste is great. Got my medications correct quickly and was concerned as to how it was working and tweaked them the next visit to be even more successful. I am feeling better than I have in so long. Dr. Melieste and one of his therapists helped me for years and were always kind, caring, and very helpful. Everyone I met in this office was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Melieste and his therapists.

Dr. Malieste spent less than 10 minutes with my wife and did not ask her any history about herself and did not try at all to get to know her. He immediately walked into the room and started writing prescriptions, saying that she could, "just take a couple pills." Not only that, he fell asleep during their session as he was sitting at his computer. My wife had to cough to wake him up multiple times. The environment is very impersonal and therapy is unprofessional. Her and I will not be returning for this reason. Also, to get an appointment, you do not speak directly to the office you are trying to contact. You are directed to an answering service. It's quite tedious to be able to speak someone in the actual office. Should have directed me to the ER. Would have saved hours.

Dr. Melieste spent 5 minutes every time and just threw drugs at me. Would switch medication every month. I left after 6 months. Awful.

Dr. Melieste is great! I had been going to another practice for over a year without really feeling any effects (yes it's my fault for waiting that long, though I had brought this concern up to the docs many times. Their solution was just try another medicine or to just stick with what I had. A family member was seeing Dr. Melieste and suggested I try him since I was displeased with the other practice. During my first visit I went over everything with the PA and Dr. Melieste. After reviewing my medication and health history he noted that a medicine I was already on (with a small dosage increase) could help with the symptoms of both my anxiety and depression and eliminate one of the other meds I'd been on completely. This had never been brought up as a possibility at the other practice. Thankfully he knew about the studies with this medicine and was able to suggest this because it has helped tremendously! Thank you Dr. Melieste for taking the time out to find a way to truly help instead of just piling on the medication. :) Dr. Melieste is great! Dr. Greg Melieste is the best doc ever, he understands me & has a vast knowledge of whats best to do or to take. His staff & assistants are the best as well & always so pleasant. People that give this practice a low star rating are full of B.S. This man has helped me so much in a lot of ways

Dr. Melieste has literally been my life saver. After years of battling depression and anxiety while unknowingly struggling with ADD, he had me on track to recovery within a few months, I've been seeing him every 2 months for Rx management for the last 8 years. He listens... really listens to how I'm doing and he takes time to answer my questions. I learn a lot from him. He is extremely knowledgeable about ADD/ADHD, which was the key to finding the right combination of meds that worked for me.

Dr. Melieste is a very helpful doctor who listens and cares. His office staff are also very kind. A wonderful practice all around. I definitely recommend.

They make you wait forever for script refills. Return phone calls extend well into 2-3 weeks. Most ridiculous staff I have ever encountered. I have watched my spouse suffer repeatedly because of this offices' lack of care and concern.

I was a patient for years, as was my son. My daughter is in need of a psychiatrist and therapy...just called the office to schedule it since I WILL BE PAYING. Apparently last year she scheduled but didnt go or cancel and us now marked as DO NOT SCHEDULE. I understand that, BUT I WILL BE PAYING, NOT HER. So, THEY JUST LOST 3 PATIENTS! TERRIBLE when a psychiatrist, of all people, would understand and schedule under the circumstances...a patient needs help so the doctor says no?!

Dr. Melieste is rather uncaring and not helpful. Expect to spend less than 5 minutes with him and he won't even ask about your history or how you're feeling, he will just write a script. I told him I was severely suicidal and he said that "sometimes that happens before women get their periods". I have a 13 year history of suicidal thoughts and depression - not related to my hormones. Pretty insulting, coming from a doctor who doesn't care to know anything about my history or mental illness. He just comes across as very uncaring and it's a waste of money to see him unless you are just looking for a script and nothing else. God forbid you need help during a time of crisis (as I did) and I wasn't even allowed to speak to the doctor on the phone. They didn't care that I'm unable to drive - I was told they couldn't do anything for me over the phone. This is after I've been a patient for over 7 months and I've seen Dr. Melieste in person at least 5 times. The office staff is ok. The receptionists can be very rude when you call in. They don't let you finish your sentences before cutting you off. Cosmetically, the place is a dump. The waiting room is shabby and the building needs repairs. Not a place to feel good about getting mental help. I'm fed up and looking elsewhere - what good is it to have a doctor that won't even speak to you during a time of crisis? I was recommended to this Doctor. In the month of December I left several message to the scheduling department and never got a call back. When I finally got in touch with the scheduling staff in January they gave me a schedule for February. Finally the day is here, when to my schedule appointment and I am not in their system. Meaning I am not schedule, their solution wait one more month for their mistake. Maybe Dr. Melieste is very good at his job but his office lack customer service. I was recommended to this Doctor.
