Dr. Skaggs was a wonderful Dr in the past, however he no longer has any bed side manner, compassion, or concern for patient's health. He spends a maximum of 5 minutes, doesn't listen to the presenting symptoms, and is very quick to write anything to get you out the door. He needs to retire before anyone loses their life at his hands.

Doctor Skaggs denied my mother proper medication for an infection... I lost her to septic shock earlier this year..
