Dr. Sy and all of his staff are amazing. Very friendly, have never had a problem. I’ve been seeing them since I was a little girl & soon I will start bringing my son here too!

I was a first time patient last month. The staff was very courteous, informative and friendly. . I felt super comfortable there. I got to pick what to watch on the TV. Dr Sy was really gentle and nice. I couldn’t be happier with this dentist!

I have been going to Dr. Sy since I was just a little girl. He has always been one of my favorite doctors, and even when I was away at college, I arranged my appointments for when I was home for college break. Dr. Sy and his team are patient, kind, friendly, and always honest. I drive in from Cleveland to see Dr. Sy, and I plan to continue seeing him for many more years to come! Thank you for the 24+ years of being my dentist, and for always making my dental care fast, easy and fun!

Awesome experience! Irina and Laura friendly and professional. Dr. Greg refreshing, knowledgeable, and listens to his patients. All reasonable options discussed in detail. Comfortable environment eased nerves. Outstanding positive experience.

Lori reception comes across not caring not courteous and likes to demean clients to this office creates misc charges insurance will not cover rating is very low Watch out!!!!!????????

The man, hugest fear of needles and he just gave me local anesthetic and I didn’t even feel it happen at all

Highly recommend Dr. Sy and all of his staff. They are very caring, knowledgeable and efficient.

I have been seeing Dr Sy for more than 20 years now. He is an excellent dentist. Kind and caring. I have jaw problems and he is always considerate of this giving me a moment to rest my jaw before continuing.

I HAD a major FEAR of the dentist. I began when I was in college. I neglected my teeth for about 6-8 years. My wife convinced me to see Dr. Sy to help me get over this fear. I cant say enough about the entire staff at Dr Sy's. Everyone is compassionate, kind, friendly and caring & they all do a great job. Dr Sy is wonderful & I wouldnt think of going anywhere else! He's an excellent dentist with a great network of referral dr's if needed. If your looking for one of the best in Lorain County this is your dentist! Went to this dentist for about 10 years until I moved. Also, they have a tv in the waiting room as well as in the rooms while they work on your teeth.
