The girl at the front desk is unbelievably rude! Will never come here again, the office is small and dirty with LONG wait times.

This doctor charges $275 for medical records, a complete rip off! Stick with a bigger hospital like kaiser that provides records for free.

I am applying to the army and to obtain medical records kaiser provided them for free, san dimas hospital charged me $30, this hospital charges me $275. Absolutely a rip off and taking advantage of its patients.

DO NOT CHOOSE this doctor if you don't want to waste your money. surprised bill and useless service. They are just trying to make money from you as much as possible, but no valuable service was provided.

After seeing my primary doctor and allergist, finally decided to give an ENT a try after hearing testimonials that other people suffering from similar symptoms found a better solution this route. The staff was respectful enough and seemed like it was a busy time , which was made further evident by the fact that the doctor seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to get the diagnosis done. I did receive some tips on what to try, some of which I was already employing. One thing that did concern me was the recommendation for montelukast , which the FDA has been a warning on due to " suicidal thoughts " as one of the side effects. I was also prescribed an ear drop for itchy ear . I felt like the doctor went straight to my mention of ezcema / psoriasis as the cause of the itchy ear which I then had to explain that the itch felt more inside the ear rather than on the outside skin. I was given a paper which I am trying the recommendations on and decided not to schedule a follow up for now. The paper recommended a nasal rinse or spray three times a day , as well as a saline gargle three times a day along with the use of my current medication for allergies. Was also told I grind my teeth and bite my tongue which was odd. I do have a tongue condition called fissured tongue that may give the appearance of tongue biting when it is not . All in all, this seems to be the average experience I get at doctor's offices these days. Dr. Hana T Bui is a very professional and knowledgeable Doctor, in the area of Othorinolaryngology. She is also a very qualified Surgeon.

Don't go to this office, I visited the office for hearing consultation and test back in April 2018, paid my co-pay. I received what they call Second Notice for past due payment in Feb 2020 - two years later, claiming that the insurance company didn't cover all the charges. I called to figure out why waited for 2 years to bill me but didn't get a satisfying answer other than they were going though their books. Don't go to this office, I visited the office for hearing consultation and test back in April 2018, paid my co-pay. I received what they call Second Notice for past due payment in Feb 2020 - two years later, claiming that the insurance company didn't cover all the charges. I called to figure out why waited for 2 years to bill me but didn't get a satisfying answer other than they were going though their books.

Dr. Bui used a metal hook to remove wax from my 88 year old mothers ear (she is on blood thinners )I got the bleeding stopped after 5 hrs but it took another Dr a month to loosen the blood clot so she could hear again.

Was referred here by my physician. I found a super small, stuffy and crowded waiting room. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before being called. Doctor Bui seemed in a hurry and was with me only about 6-7 minutes. I left with no diagnosis, nothing to help my complaint and was told to go get a head xray done instead. This office is a mill. It's a textbook way of getting the most amount of patients in and out. I think I was with Dr. Bui about five minutes. None of the questions I had about my issue were answered, other than "live with it". I hope she makes a lot of money, because that's it's about with this office.

Rushes through appointments and doesn't listen well. You have to explain issues to her several times as she often incorrectly repeats back information you've just given her, e.g., "I had a cold for about two weeks and it went away. I had a persistent cough for another couple of weeks after that, but that away last week." "So how long have you had this cough?" "No, it went away." "Oh, it went away. Do you still have the cold? You don't look like you have a cold."

Competent and compassionate. Explains diagnosis and diections very well. Office and office staff very nice too.

They canceled appt (without telling us). They rescheduled & made us wait more than 30 mins for doc. Spent less than 5 mins with patient. Her instructions were unclear because she rushed! Blew off all questions. Insisted we come to finish the visit because they didn't have time to do his hearing exam (that was the MAIN point of the visit!) & had to leave at 5 pm! THEY are the reason why time ran out! Incompetent staff. Sent results of the visit to the wrong doc! Nothing went right with this doc
