Mrs. Hanna Kackielo

Dr. Hanna is from another country so she sometimes appears shy and sometimes as if she is speaking sharply. English is her second language. In reality she is kind, conscientious and very thorough. Dr. Hanna found a problem of mine that other doctors have missed. She has talked to me on a personal level as if I were a relative. I really trust her. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and I plan to stay with her. She takes getting used to, but is very worth it for the quality of care. Her office staff has changed lately and seem to be very nice now. (She has had some cranky ones at the desk.)

Front office staff is extremely rude and condescending.

First this doctor tried discharging my husband because he missed an appointment which he didn’t he had rescheduled . The doctor realized that they had made a mistake and apologized . Shortly after my husband received a very vague letter saying he was discharged and we couldn’t understand why . When calling they office to question this we got from the front desk “ well you received a letter right “. They also denied getting his prescriptions filled before he got to his new doctor . He could have a heart ache if he doesn’t get his meds so the pharmacy his trying to help him. Not sure this is someone from the office doing this or if it’s that doctor but regardless this is a terrible practice and putting peoples lives at risk . Always respectful, never have an issue getting an appointment. Very quick and efficient.

I have been seeing Dr. Kackielo for several years. I have always been happy with her level of care and her willingness to listen to my issues or concerns. I feel like she is concerned about my welfare (even if she nags me about my weight, as she should). She has referred me to specialists twice and both times I required treatment, so I have great confidence in her instincts. I think her staff is professional and very nice. Even in this time of mask wearing they great me by name and are very pleasant. BTW, I noticed that the reviews that slammed the staff were posted without the writers name, hmmm?

Dr. Kackielo cares about the importance of a healthy diet and exercise in the prevention of illness. She is encouraging and provides motivational ideas for achieving good health.

Front office staff, very nice. horrible experience with the nursing staff. After an emergency room visit, at the request of front office staff, I left a message twice for the nursing staff explaining that I needed a prescription for a wheelchair because both of my legs were in braces, this was at 8 a.m. on a Friday morning, my call was never returned. on Monday when I spoke to Lori, she apologized for the way I feel, not for them not calling me back, said it was everyone's responsibility to take care of me, but didn't apologize, only with sorry that I felt slighted. I then explained that I would be looking for a new doctor, and I requested that Lori copy part of my file, five pages that they had just received from a specialist, she assured me over the phone that this was being done immediately and that I could come and pick it up, when I arrived an hour later the copies were not made and I was forced to stand and wait for 15 minutes while she was doing something else. front office staff can be great, doctor can be great, but if you can't count on the nursing staff to do the things in between, it's not worth going to that doctor, one star. I miss Laura Fitzgerald very much! Complaining now about one issue that being about getting the only prescription medication I need from this practice.Klonopin 1mg.B.I.D.P.R.N. Many attempts to receive this controlled drug to no avail. I am 70yrs.old,take one other prescription med.fr.my Rheumatoid Arthritis.ALL staff are AMAZING!

Dr Kackielo pays attention to my concerns. She has a wide range of knowledge, but refers to a specialist when she feels it necessary. She also follows what the referred doctor is doing, so that she coordinates my treatments. I like her very much.

Used to be a great doctor. Now, Kackielo is disrespectful, shaming and actually told me I should get a flu shot to protect people in their 80s! So, although I am sensitive to meds, I should make my personal medical decisions based on other people's health needs. Mixed review on staff. Staff person was just short of rude on the first attempt to get an appointment. Staff person the second attempt was great! Also, the phone frequently rings busy. Always very good. Certainly never feel rushed. I'm a transplant here and s oi pleased that I have found Julie. She's the best!

Very knowledgeable, excellent bedside manners and extremely thorough. Would 100% recommend my loved ones to her and actually have done so already

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. K, and nurse Laura now for 3 yrs. and i have to tell you that i have never had to wait more than 5 min. in the waiting room. The staff has always been extremely courteous and answered any concerns that we had. We have told all of our friends about dr. K and have had positive feedback from them also. anybody that has had issues with any of the staff there obviously are patients that are just grouchy people that it makes them feel good to bash other people!!

Office staff is nasty. Listened to front desk talk about how stupid patients are. No record of several calls I placed to thier office. Still sending labs after I left the practice. And front desk was rude when I called to inform them of that as well.

Rude staff.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Doctor is only concerned about jamming as many patients into the schedule. Do not go Dr Kackielo.

Dr Kackielo, rushes through her appointments as if she is preoccupied. Her staff is extremely rude if you ask any questions. They do not follow up with patients when they go for outside labs. This leads to prolonged illnesses or complications and infections due to not ordering medication in a timely manner. Stay away from this office, especially if you have multiple medical issues.

Terrible practice. "Discharged" my mother (who has dementia) from her care when she started to cancel apts. Receptionist told Mom she had been directed to tell her she would be "getting a letter" by the office mgr. ( which she didn't until we requested it). No one ever spoke to my father about their concerns, Mom didn't even understand they had dumped her, which seems highly unethical. When I called MD to discuss, I was told "she didn't need to talk to me, that's why she had office staff??"
