Hayley Elizabeth Dewalder

My experience with Dr. Dewalder and the staff were exceptional. I broke a tooth over the weekend so was not scheduled for an appointment. When I called I was scheduled that morning and my issue was resolved by the end of the day. The office was welcoming, the staff were friendly and professional, and Dr. Dewalder was professional and compassionate.

I found some of the office staff to be arrogant and not completely competent, having difficulty accurately determining insurance coverage. My most recent crown was more expensive than I was quoted. Dr Hayley was unwilling to discuss this with me. I was unhappy with the office management and was forced to find a new dentist. In discussing fees I paid at Fletcher Family Dentistry with friends and colleagues, I would surmise her prices were probably a bit higher than other dentists.

Dr. Dewalder is a very confident and competent dentist. She is also quite caring with her patients, making sure to inform them of the procedure she is to perform; before, during, and after care for that procedure. Dr. Dewalder also has an excellent staff working with her! I highly recommend Dr. Haley Dewalder!
