Dr. Heather Pierce is the best doctor that I have ever seen. She is polite, extremely intelligent, dependable, thorough, and a good listener. She let the appointment time run over because I was visibly upset with my medical problem. She offered emotional support, resources, and waited until I sufficiently recovered my composure instead of rudely ending it on time. Another time I gave her feedback on how previous well woman visits could have gone to better educate me. She is a rare doctor who accepts constructive criticism, offers an apology, and checks whether it affects our future relationship.
