I had a Type 3 rotator cuff tear; basically the worst tear you can have. Dr. Crockett performed surgery and I’ve had an excellent result. I am extremely happy with my progress and would highly recommend Dr. Crockett; he’s the best!

Love these guys here I've had multiple surgeries here since high school, and never fail to get me back to where I need to be.

All of my visits have been very positive. Dr, Crockett has done a top notch level job repairing my shoulder. PT staff at New West are equally to be congratulated for the hours they have lead me through my recovering, I would like to thank everyone involved with my case for the work and professionalism to assist me in my recovery. Was a long 4months but did everything he said ro do and now I'm back to where I was before my injury

In 1.5 hours, Dr. Crockett reattached my completely ruptured / retracted tendon and repaired multiple other problems in my shoulder. He was recommended to me by another orthopaedic surgeon. I thank God everyday for Dr. Crockett's dedication, expertize and talent. Excellent orthopaedic surgeon.

Surgery was good but Dr. Crocketts bedside manner sucks. If you want a doctor that is having a bad day and takes it out on you, he’s your man. I would never recommend him.

My pain in my shoulder was huge, very limited mobility, I just couldn’t use my arm. It got worse as I tried to ignore it. My chiropractor (Paain!) suggest I see a doctor. Thankful I found Dr Crockett! He’s an amazing surgeon , exactly he’s the best! I now have no pain using my shoulder. I don’t have a large scar at all. My pain during recovery was very minimal. After doing a lot of research, I determined the Dr. Crockett was going to be the Dr. I wanted to fix my shoulder. I was honestly shocked when I called to set up my appointment that I was able to get in right away. I figured it would take a while to get in to see him. All of my appointments were great. I like the way he tells you like it is and not just the way you want to hear. My surgery went better than I expected. Several people I talked to that had their shoulder fixed said it was the worst pain that they have ever felt. I must have been one of the lucky ones, because I didn’t have much pain at all and after 3 days I wasn’t taking any pain medication at all. I first saw Dr. Crockett about five years ago got a rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder. He and his entire team made me feel like I was their only concern when they were working with. Dr. Crockett is very honest about expectations and the recovery process up front - surgery was promptly scheduled once we made that choice - and my results were amazing! Felt like I got my life back - my only regret was I didn’t do it sooner. Just recently had a similar, but more involved injury to my right shoulder so came back - equal experience which shows me this is a real, caring team - not an anomaly. Also, Bill and his team in the physical therapy downstairs is awesome to work with - and having them both in the same building is a huge plus! I am in so much more pain than before I sought his treatment. Shame on me for trusting him. Shame on him for doing harm to me.

My shoulder is far worse now than before my surgery. Plus I wasted almost a year in a sling and/or doing rehab. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

He is the very best in his profession!

Dr Crockett and New West has done my rotator cuff surgery’s on both sides and I’ve followed up with in house physical therapy. If you follow their instructions you can expect excellent results. I will come here with any problems in the future.

I had an MVASC injection in my knee, 3 years ago now, and it has been wonderful. Is my knee perfect? No, but I have almost no pain and I can go down steps without going one at a time, not to mention getting out of the bathtub without having to pull myself up. I lift myself with my knees. Great! I make a point of building muscle around it, walk a lot, am very active. Love it. Thanks again Dr and also really like Yuji. The experience was the best, I couldn’t have had better care anywhere. Amazed at their ability to make my needs get taken care of in such a timely fashion.

very very amazing care and treatment! so down to earth answered all my questions, the surgery was great, he hedlp ease me and the spouse before surgery, told some good jokes and just really gives great care. for a full SLAP tear he is simply amazing. he does not demand big payments and his staff is just equally as nice. thank you Dr Crockett!!!

I personally would never send anyone to this surgeon. I had slap tear and rotor cuff injury, pain but I could use it. He did not truly appear interested in my condition. He was more interested in my son's therapy dog. After he operatied on me it was froze and I have RSD now. This has made life terrible for me My rating would be below 5.

He may be a good surgeon but he was very rude and arrogant. He only spoke to me about 10 sec. He spoke to my husband most of the visit. I did not go back.
