She is the absolute best! Keeps everything real with great insight on skin care. She is also an extremely nice and genuine person! Highly recommend.

Very slow to return phone calls and poor customer service.

I met with her a few weeks ago and she is absolutely wonderful. I am hoping after the first of the year to have some work done by her. Only problem is the front desk will not return calls and I am 45 min to an hour away. Have left messages for a return call but no reply. Have to drive back to the office to get prices. Receptionist WILL NOT return calls. As for the doctor, I have heard lots of good things about her. 5 stars for the doctor but 0 for the help. Which is very inconvenient. Not only is Dr. Moses a great physician, she’s also a really lovely person. She is honest with her recommendations and incredibly knowledgeable. Her team is kind and helpful too!

Dr. Moses is a wonderful physician! Very thorough and great bedside manor. Extremely knowledgable of the different treatment options and does a fantastic job of assisting her patients with the best option for their situation. Could not recommend her enough!!

Helen Moses is, by far, the most wonderful, caring doctor. She is very sensitive to each patient’s concerns and works hard to ensure that all of her work is for enhancement or betterment. She would never overdo any cosmetic procedure. She helps her patients look their best. She helped me with a chin “flaw” and worked hard to make it right. No one else was willing to offer me any resolution I am completely happy. Her office staff is caring, prompt, and efficient. Cannot recommend Palmetto Facial Plastics highly enough. Dr. Moses and her staff are so kind! She really takes the time to sit down and talk through what you want done multiple times so you both are on the same page. I got my deviated septum fixed with some cosmetic fixes to my nose and I couldn't be happier with the process. She is truly the best!

She's magnificent. I had a very bad experience with a doctor out of Charlotte NC. Dr. Moses was wonderful, she's very thorough and you feel like you're in good hands. She straighten out the problems I had from the other Doctor in NC, and did so much more. Then, my daughter had to have surgery. We chose Dr. Moses. She's absolutely the one to use. If there were 10 stars, I would choose that!

All of my questions/concerns were answered in a respectful manner that was easily understood. I plan to have more procedures as I feel confident in her as a Physician. So confident, in fact, that my sister is traveling from the Charleston area to be a client of Dr Moses. Her respectful, caring manner and professionalism are a few of her great qualities as a person and as a Physician. I highly recommend her. Because my sister and I plan on being her clients for many years to come.
