Whether you are looking for help with a dermatologic concern or you are interested in botox, fillers or other cosmetic treatments, look no further. Dr Torok at Trillium Creek is simply the best there is. I have been to the Wooster, Medina and Wadsworth locations. I have seen Dr. Torok, Dr. Reedy and Michelle Coffee for cosmetic treatments. I also saw Dr. Torok when I was struggling with peri-oral dermatitis in my 20’s. The offices are meticulously clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the Doctors and nurses are second to none. Dr. Torok has a gifted eye when it comes to aesthetics. She will be honest with you about your concerns and the best way to address them. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I have never left her care anything short of thrilled with the results. Dr. Reedy and Michelle Coffee are also skilled injectors. I have unfortunately wasted time and money going to local “med-spas” to receive botox at a lower price per unit and the results were wildly subpar in comparison to what you will get from the practitioners at Trillium Creek Dermatology and Surgery. So I suggest you stop searching reviews and make an appointment! They fill up fast because this place is simply the best. The review stated rate this place, not Helen personally. I give Helen 5 stars but some of the staff deserve less than one. The supporting staff, especially those in charge of prescription refills leave a lot to be desired. They fall dismally short when it comes to returning calls, actually refilling a prescription or showing even a minimal of effort for the patient. I have been a patient of Helen Torok for 30 plus years. The best dermatologist around helped me when others had no clue.....

I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Torok for almost a year. I am a retired nurse. She is not only a wonderful and conscientious listener, but she takes her time with you. I appreciate her being my Dermatologist, and will always use, and recommend her !

Dr. Helen Torok has been my dermatologist for over 5 years. Dr.Torok has extensive expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology. As a nurse, I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. Very happy with my treatment plan. Dr Torok was very through and listened to my concerns and explained procedures needed. Would recommend this doctor and the facility is clean and staff is very welcoming. Overall great experience

Dr. Torok was condescending to me and rude to her staff. I was too embarrassed to say a word. I will never return nor recommend. Their billing practices are also unethical.

Trillium Creek Dermatology in Medina called the police on me yesterday when I came in asking to speak to Dr. Helen Torok personally. They did not call me personally, initially, to inform me of a biopsy returning with a rare cancer diagnosis. They sent out an unsigned form letter instead that I received 7/2. Dr. Torok insisted that I was called....told me four times that I was called and given the results, but I was NOT. I went in to pick up my pathology report and records after speaking to her on the phone briefly yesterday morning. I simply wanted to show her my phone and my Verizon record that shows NO incoming phone calls from Trillium Creek. All I was looking for was an acknowlegement that their office may have made a mistake and possibly might apologize for it. ?Both Dr. Helen Torok and the office manager Aaron Funk refused to come out and/or see me and when I told them I would wait or book an office visit and pay to speak to them I was told the police would be called if I didn’t

Dr. Torok was very good, but her office staff was almost completely inept. I am currently looking for another provider.

Staff is rude and not helpful. Dr Torok - she is condescending and narcissistic. Kept me waiting 45 minutes in exam room, came in with her entourage and told me she could not help me. Walked out! Spent 5 minutes or less. Would never recommend! Other family member had similar experience.

Dr. Helen Torok is amazing! We’ve been to dermatologist in Philadelphia, near D.C., and in Chicago - and still come to Medina every year (from out-of-state) to see her. She has amazing bedside manner, educates the patient, and can diagnosis skin conditions within seconds.

I was a patient of Dr. Torok for many years almost from the time she open her practice and I thought the world of her. I thought she was smart, articulate and could diagnosis an issue quickly and with ease. One year I was misdiagnosed and the side effects from the medication was horrible. But what bothered me the most was the lack of concern from Dr. Torok and her staff treated me horribly. I was naturally upset by my bodies’ rejection of the medication and I later discovered that Dr. Torok was attempting to treat a disease I did not have and my body was rejecting the medication. I would not recommend Dr. Torok; prior to my misdiagnoses I would have "sang her praises" I was a patient of Dr. Torok for many years almost from the time she open her practice and I thought the world of her. Oh God do not go to this lady. You will regret it.

A few years back, I visited Dr. Leonard Torok to get the non-surgical body shaping procedure. At the time, the staff were very nice and accommodating. However, the procedure itself was horrible on my hips and some of the skin became necrotic eating away a dollar size hole in my right hip. I would NEVER recommend it unless you have done extensive research on the risks. I ended up needing to visit an actual surgeon to get a wound debridement and now have extensive scar tissue built up on my right hip. Although Trillium Creek refunded my money, I had to use my own insurance for the surgical outpatient procedure and was left to pick up the pieces. If I want cosmetic surgery to fix the lopsidedness in my hips and scar tissue build up its on my dime still. I would caution anyone coming to Trillium to do their homework and patronize a place that is going to treat you well (especially given the costs)! Couldn't ever recommend Dr. Torok. I saw her for acne treatment over a couple of years as a teenager. As part of her 'holistic' treatment (a red flag in itself), she put me on Bactrim, a wide spectrum antibiotic. Looking back, this should have set off alarm bells - unfortunately it did not and I was on Bactrim for over two years. I stopped the medication and seeing Dr. Torok after it resulted in immune vulnerability and a C. Diff and Norovirus infection, which triggered the expression of Ulcerative Colitis that I've now had for 8 years. Thanks so much, Dr. Torok! I recommend you stay far, far away from her practice. I went to Dr Torok for two reasons. First of all I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled time before I was even seen. When she came in there were 3 students with her. I felt like she was very rushed and didn't actually listen to what I had to say. I had a rash for over 6 months that my Dr had given me a cream for that had cleared it up in a week. I offered her to look at pictures I've taken when it really bad but instead if look she made a generic diagnoses. She then proceeded to prescribe me a medicine that later my insurance denied bevause it was a $1000 cream!! My second problem was I had a lump in my armpit that has goes away and comes back. She diagnosed me but her office doesnt do the procedure to remove it. She recommended me to a Dr who could do the surgery which was fine until I call the Dr and they say they don't do that surgery either!!! I call their office back and inform them the person THEY referred me to doesn't do the surgery. I received a call back with a name and number of a different dr. Once again when I called them they couldn't do the surgery either !!! I still don't understand how its possible to be that incompetent ! It was a HUGE waste of time and money!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Helen & Dr. Leonard for several years and have had multiple visits. Their office is one of the friendliest, most efficient medical facilities that I have ever had the pleasure to be involved with. I love Dr Torok and have been her patient for at least 15 years. She is very calming and competent. I recommend her to anyone who needs a dermatologist! This is a very busy practice so at times you may have to wait but it is totally worth it!
