Dr. Panchal was very rude and unprofessional in our visit, and even made borderline-islamophobic comments. The rest of his staff was quite pleasant but I don't recommend his practice in general.

This guy must be the spokesperson for zyrtec because my son who clearly needs to see an ENT LIVES on zyrtec and nasal spray with no end to his issues. His place is a shot mill, removing comfort items and holding children down for shots instead of distraction and genuine good patient care. There is NO patient care. My son is a boy and they put his appointment under Brittany. No doctor is on the same page, the office staff can barely pull their heads up to help you. I do not advise anyone takes their child here. I did not like the way Dr Panchal spoke to my son who's a teenager, yet wouldn't speak to me at all about his condition. I have twins so they separated them. The first nurse was wonderful, kind, and caring the other nurse was just the opposite. I wanted to ask more questions, yet felt rushed out of there. We absolutely love this practice. We’ve seen and spoke with Susan and Joyce in the office and they are amazing as well. I’m a new mom, and any questions I have, or concerns, they are always there with answers and guidance. Highly recommend!

Dr Panchal and his staff are nice , and working hard everyday. They went above and beyond for my kids and I if we ever needed something. An issue we always figured it out together. He’s the best doctor in town. We appreciate them so much and they do for us.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Panchals office for 19 years now. He and his staff are always wonderful and helpful and pleasant. He is a brilliant man who does not have a big ego like some other physicians I have met have. He has a good sense of humor and listens to his patients no mater how big or small they may be.

Dr Panchal is amazing. He knows “his kids” to the point where he doesn’t rely on his chart and can recite their medical info. The staff at the office are amazing. These are the people you want caring for your children, they are the very best.

A serious lack of covid safety in this office-- the doctor himself doesn't even wear a mask in the office when I went back in August, and another patient here told me the same thing. HUGE red flag. Also run more like a business trying to make as much $$$ as possible rather than actually providing genuine care for their patients. Not recommended at all if you care about your kid's health and wellbeing!

Dr. Panchal has been extremely welcoming for both of our children. Since joining in 2019, he has met us on multiple occasions over the weekend if our children were sick. Even when we can’t make it to the office, he’ll call us from his cell phone and do FaceTime as well. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our experience thus far.

My children have gone to Dr. Panchal's office their entire lives. He and his office are consistently professional and courteous. More importantly he remembers each of his patients. He and the entire office have provided excellent care for my son and daughter. Overall, we have had a great experience.

First, the office staff is incredibly rude. They hung up on us twice while trying to make an appointment - not until we got that persons supervisor on the phone could we make an appt. On other occasions they've made snarky rude comments and been incredibly unhelpful. Second, when, and more importantly IF you see Dr Panchal, he's a good doctor but he doesnt really ever seem to care. Its very obvious his practice is run like a factory just trying to churn out appointments and he's only putting in his time til he can sell it. But that's IF you get to see the doctor, because 9 times out of 10 you'll be forced to see a nurse and if you mention the doctor they start giving you a hard time. Overall, he's an okay doctor but all the negatives aren't worth it, find a better pediatrician that WANTS to work with you and that will personally be involved with your children's health.

Went to Dr. Panchal's office to get my kids caught up on immunizations. During first visit I was told that we had an outstanding balance on our account from 2 years prior. I apologetically paid into the balance as much as possible and agreed to more payments as I came back the next month. When we went back the next month and didn't have the remainder of the payment, the receptionist threatened to cancel our appointment while we were there if we did not pay. Talked to a gentleman in the back room who offered us a weekly plan to pay off the balance, to get called the next week with a demand to pay in full. A call to the insurance company verified that we were charged for Infirmary instead of Wellness at the appointment years prior and then they refused to change the billing. Now my child needs her immunization records and they will not release them because we owe money. Contacted the Attorney General for investigation.

You will not see the dr. Your child’s level of care will be handled by the nurses and the PA. The office is ran like a business. The focus is quantity and not quality of care. There is no real system, as everything is completed manually. You as the patient will often be responsible for your own follow ups. There are no courtesy calls to remind you that your 1 year old is due for a 1 year check up. If you’re not aware of these checkups you will basically go under the radar.

I have two children, and both have been seeing Dr. Panchal since birth. We have always been completely satisfied with him and the office. We love him and the PAs that see us. Whenever needed, we are seen immediately or same day. They know us, they care about us, and I can’t imagine them treating anyone else differently.

Dr. Panchal has been my childrens physician for over 10 year. He and is staff are great. My kids love coming to see them.

Overall we are not very happy with the care Dr. Panchal provides. We are always attended by a Nurse. His front desk is never welcoming, never greets you with a smile. Recently, my son had a reaction (hives around his torso & back) to Antibiotics when he came back from school. He denied to see him immediately as it was close to their closing time(3pm) and told us to come in the morning at 7:30 am. He does not care whether my son live or die. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Panchal has taken care of my children for a number of years he is the smartest and best MD in CT. He truly cares about all his patients and does what ever he can to help them get better. His waiting room is hardly used because he believes your waiting time is valuable and he does not want his patients to wait! He knows us by name when we come in and even remembers my phone number! I always can get in for a sick appointment and Dr Panchal is always around!! His PA's are great too!!

We were very happy with Dr Panchal until he prescribed a psychotropic drug for our 18 year old son to treat anxiety. Our son son was never given a thorough psychiatric evaluation by a qualified psychiatrist, nor was his treatment closely monitored. Three weeks later our son committed suicide.

I won't go back to this office..We started here when We first moved to the Enfield area..and we could never get a call back on sick children matters...And the Doctor never seen my children always a Nurse..and It was very rude and unpleasant experience..So glad I found another office that I love and will not leave!

We have been with the practice a long time with my children.We see that the service is getting from bad to worse.The office staff is not very responsive. We never see the doctor beside him guiding us to the rooms. One of the nurses response to asking for an extra blue school form was "we only give one,you have enough, we cant give you more since that's extra 6 sheets of paper we have to use".That was an extrely rude response, considering the money they make off of seeing a patient. Poor attitude

Dr. Panchal is a very proud feeling person.He spends very less time with the patient. He sometimes rushes out without answering. He seems more busy guiding the patients to the waiting rooms rather than attending them.The waiting area of his office is dirty and the restrooms are always out of service.

We love Dr. Panchal & his staff, he has been our doctor for 18 years. He cares about every child and will never rush you. He is assuring, kind, funny, honest and a great doctor. I wouldn't bring my family anywhere else.

He is always available to treat my 4 kids. He spends time with every patient.

He is right on with my kids progress from infant to now. Any extra help they needed he was on top of it and hooked me up with birth to three or if needed to see a specialist made sure I was given the name and number. Takes very good care of my kids. He is the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
