Dr. Henry Youchee Lee

I saw Alex Lee today to get my teeth cleaned as well as x-rays. I felt that he took his time and really did an excellent/efficient job. The waiting room staff was also friendly. My teeth have never felt cleaner, I highly recommend going here.

Went here for a teeth whitening that I saw on Groupon. Great staff and great results. I really recommend this office!

I am seeking for good dentist to replace the one I was forced to see after my dear great dentist retired last year. Several friends asked me to try out and find good dentist so they can follow me since I have insurance and get free check up. I saw the ad about Dr.Lee and the Zolea ? no needles no drills so I made appointment and came in today. The office is very nice , clean and has plenty of parking spaces. The staffs are very friendly especially Mary. She's very friendly,warm,and caring. I feel very comfortable and very relax for the first time after we lost that great dentist in Silver Spring. I also met Dr. Wu who has very light hand. After last visit in year 2018. NOT so good after all. I had changed dental office again since this one screwed up my bills. Amazing staff, they make you feel very welcome when in this establishment and make going to the dentist quite enjoyable. I Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I've gone in for cleanings and x-rays. It's a very quick and easy experience. The staff are very professional and cordial, which adds to an enjoyable experience and makes me feel good about visiting.

Dr. Lee is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I have been seeing Dr. Lee and my hygienist, Terri for many years. I would highly recommend him for all ages! Shout out to the front office support staff - friendly and always willing to help!

Have seen Dr Lee many times for orthodontic services and would recommend to anyone! Extremely friendly staff, prompt, and make you feel very welcomed. Dr Lee is thorough with explaining all processes and answering any questions.

Phenominal experience. For the first time I got a feeling that my teeth are transformed in to a sparkling set of bright pearls. My procedures went for almost an hour. A team of highly professional dental experts reset my brittle broken teeth with utmost care. Undoubtedly they are skillfully skilled.

By far the best office I have ever been to. I had some fillings done today by Dr. Lee and it was the most easy going experience I’ve ever had. He is incredibly kind and explained everything about the process. The office itself is very clean and proficient. I would highly recommend visiting this office!

After rescheduling my teeth whitening appointment three times, I finally made it in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walked me through the entire process. I was a little skeptical to buy a Groupon to a doctors office, but was more than worth the hour drive. Overall was amazing experience and highly recommend.

I highly don't reccomend this practice. When I came here for a regular cleaning and x-rays I was told I had 10 cavities. I was then scheduled for 3 1/2 hours of fillings over two appointments. Upon getting a second opinion I was told I had one single cavity in my mouth from a dentist who took the time to show me my x-rays and explain what was going on in my mouth. Needless to say, I'm glad that I didn't let this dentist drill and fill holes in my mouth that didn't need to be there. I don't know if they are dishonest or simply incompetent, but from my experience I highly don't recommend this dentist. Also, to be fair, I didn't see Dr. Lee I had a lady named Jen clean my teeth and "discover" the ten cavities and a female dentist came in for my official check affirming Jen's findings. Lastly, for Dr. Lee, this isn't my real name so if you search frank Dunham you won't have patient records. However, I have no problem calling and discussing this incident as I see you avidly respond to all negative Google reviews. I highly don't reccomend this practice. Was seeing another dentist and had two cavities that weren't causing any pain. I was told I needed crowns and that it would be $2200. After I almost had the procedure I did some research on what conditions/symptoms/etc make it completely necessary for a crown and I had none. Sure enough I scheduled my appointment with Doctor Lee and as expected I just needed fillings. Over a year later still in great shape with no issues. Very honest and pleasant people to deal with! Dr. Lee is the best! He pulled my wisdom tooth in seconds. No pain whatsoever. He is very nice. His practice is very affordable. Better than most. You will be pleased with him and his staff. They are all super nice!

My whole family began visiting this practice a little over a year ago, after being very dissatisfied with our previous dentist (and not just from one bad experience). We gave up the convenience of someone close to us, to drive 25 minutes, and couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Lee is friendly, skilled, and the waits are not bad at all. I personally see Dr. Woo, who is terrific. She is always checking my comfort, explains the procedures, and offers follow up advice. Dr. Lee came highly recommended by a friend who is also a dentist, and now I wish to give kudos to Dr. Woo. We are not disappointed. I have been seeing Dr Lee and his staff for over 8 years. I have had everything done from crowns, fillings, cleanings and whitening done in the office. I have always found his staff cheerful, pleasant, willing to listen and prompt. I have never been left sitting in the waiting area, appointments are taken on time. The hygienists are well trained and very thorough. Dr Lee is great and always explains what he is doing or seeing and makes suggestions. He is proactive and lets you know when he sees problems developing and allows you to decide when to begin treatment. I no longer have dental insurance but pay for all visits and his prices are reasonable. Since beginning with his practice I have moved farther away but still make the 50 minute trip to his office because of his excellence. I highly recommend the practice and staff! Dr Lee & his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I have been very happy with my care over the past 10+ years that I have been seeing him. I have recommended him to many friends and colleagues.

I went in for a teeth whitening session for the first time. I came out with tremendous zingers and incapacitating pain. Nobody at the office consulted me on pain management on my way out. When I called to ask what to do, they said they were going to ask the dentist and they'd call me back immediately. One hour passed and nobody called. I eventually called and they hadn't even spoken with the dentist. Left me crying in pain for over an hour while I waited for their call back. Totally irresponsibl

Dr. Lee'S I went to see Dr. Lee. A few weeks ago. I am very dissatisfied with my visit. When I went to his office I was in excruciating pain for about 2 weeks prior. I got there he barely said 2 words to me I told him what my problem was. I also told him I think I have TMJ.i told him what my symptoms was . He said open my mouth. He align my teeth. I'm not sure but I think he may have mention that I'm grinding my teeth. Or I may have mention that to him. Not too sure. However he never gave me any suggestion about my TMJ. On my way out he says take Aleve every 4 hours. That's it. Barely want communications. After a few days I call back again. The mouth pain got worse. One of his staff member don't know his name . They never answer the phone mentioning their name. He told me I can return to the office. I could get the mouth guard for $600. Plus i would have to pau again for another visit. Who has $600 lying around. I have no dental insurance. So I have been in excruciating pain for close to 2 months now. I call again. The receptionist was very unpleasant. No help. Dr. Lee may be an excellent Dentist. But his bedside manners is left to be desired. He don't speak to his patients. On my first visit I felt he didn't care about me having TMJ. No advice. No suggestions. They don't do payment plan. Now I have to find another dentist who can help me with my TMJ. I need a dentist who cares. Who can communicate with me. One time I had him extract one of my tooth. OMG. I thought he was going to wrench my jae out He couldn't get the teeth out. So he kept pulling and pulling, jerking and jerking. OMG it was terrifying. Immediately after I began having numbness and tingling in my leg and hands and on my face. I end up in Holy Cross Hospital. I'll never return to Dr. Lee's office. I'm very saddened by my last visit. I have no complaints with the actual dental care I received. My problem is with how they handle insurance. I selected this office specifically because they were in network. However, after my second cleaning, I received an unexpectedly large bill from them. I went online to look at my dental insurance and they said Dr. Lee was no longer in network. I received no communication of any kind from them beforehand. If I had known, I would have cancelled and selected another provider.

Fair prices and does a great job

I have been coming to this practice for 10 years and I hope that I never have to change. My husband was TERRIFIED of dentists. When he moved to my area and started going there, they made every accommodation possible, including allowing me to sit beside him and hold his hand during the procedure. He no longer needs me to do this- he totally trusts that Dr. Lee and his staff will be as gentle and as patient as possible. I've been going to this dentist for the past few years and I hope to continue going for as long as they are in business. Dr. Lee knows his craft, as well as Dr. Lam. Julie is a pleasure to talk with during cleanings, making the process quick and painless. The rest of the staff is top notch as well -- I've always had all my questions answered and addressed, even when there was a mishap with my insurance during my first visit (due to my employer, not the practice). They were willing to reschedule my appointment until I got it settled so I wouldn't incur any extra charges. That's the definition of great customer service in my book. Highly recommend this place if you're nearby. I've been going to this dentist for the past few years and I hope to continue going for as long as they are in business.
