Dr. Hoai Nghia Nguyen

The receptionist and nurse are so nice and the dr is very caring! I feel welcome when I walk through the doors.

Respectful and thorough.

I was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and was on oxygen for 24 hours and then taken off of everything and left to sit with nobody checking vitals or even if i was alive. When I said I wanted to check myself out I was informed Dr. Nguyen said he will be in around 4pm (2.5 hours later) and get to me when he can and if I checked myself out that he would kick me out of his practice. knowing that i depend on medications to live. He is a rude nasty person that does not care about his patients only what he can charge them for and if you don't do what he says he doesn't care if you get the meds you need to live because he will just have another patient waiting to bill for care not provided

My mother is a caregiver for my grandparents. My grandma has been very sick and became more sick having to come to this doctor for the second time in two weeks. The doctor asked why they were there. I’m sorry aren’t you the person who tells your receptionist to schedule the follow ups. Let me clarify yes you are. My grandmother then became very ill, vomiting in the office. My mother asked for help because she was trying to keep a mess from happening in the office and no one would help. A receptionist eventually gave her a large metal trash can that she could barely hold up to my grandmother who is in a wheelchair and is handicapped with limited mobility. The appearance of this office is they do not care. It needs to be understood that even though you all do not care about your elderly patients, their family members do. My mother was also told by this doctor my grandmother is in the “dying process.” These are harsh words for a caregiver to hear with no explanation.

U would not recommend this Dr to anyone. My appt wasn't until 1w they want you there 30 minutes early for new patient paperwork. But when I called because I could not find the building I kept getting a recording stating that the receptionist was on another call and I kept hanging up so I got the a few minutes late. And then was told that he would not see me but that I could reschedule. He might be the Dr for someone else but I'll pass.

Dr. Nguyen does his job thoroughly. He takes his time with each patient.

His nurse seems to get set off very easily. For ex., if you forget the name of one of your medications, etc. He treats his patients as though they're stupid from the moment he walks in. I'm a fairly level headed person with a H.S. diploma. Rude, arrogant, disrepectful. I have asked him for a couple of referrels to physicians for my chronic physical problems or at least to have tests ordered and he has turned me down over and over. He downplays everything and could care less. I need another Dr!!

Contacted this office to make an appt as new patient for my son. Whe he arrived he was told he could not be seen by this Dr since he was already established with another, however the two Dr’s saw each other’s patients. He was talked down to which I’m assuming was due to his health ins. He’s self employed and has insurance through Market Place. He was talked down too and treated as if he was scum. Rude Rude Rude. Shame Dr Nguyen you need to take a closer look at the way your patients are treate

poor communicator. Spends more time on his computer then patients. He ask the same questions every time you see him no matter why you see him. any chills, headaches, etc Finally the wait time is ridiculous. his staff says Mercy hospital told them to triple book

What can I say? Horrible staff......horrendous wait time before you're seen..... uninterested doctor who could care less if you're there...the staff......dont even get me started. I have worked in medicine for over 20 years and I have never seen a staff like this one. So inappropriate all the time. So glad to be out of there with my family. Wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Very Un interested in Me and what I have to say. He pulls up WebMD every time I'm in that office. Not really sure why I even go to him anymore. I always have to wait at least an hour and a half before I'm out of there. It just seems like he's really lost his passion for being a doctor.
