Dr. Chan is amazing, kind, takes time to explain, a perfect visit.

A surgeon is not a person you want to see very often, but if I ever have to again, there is no one else I'd rather have touch my skeleton. I was involved in a car accident on my bicycle that resulted in a very severely broken elbow. He was able to fit me in for emergency surgery within 3 days, and the surgery had gone very smoothly, and there were no unexpected complications. He and his team were extremely thorough in explaining the operation, treatment, possible complications, all of it. I felt that him and his team were personally invested in my well-being as a medical patient, that they took into account my lifestyle and limitations. I ended up having two operations, one to repair the elbow with a titanium plate, and a second surgery to remove the titanium plate, and I could not be happier with the final outcome of my treatment and with Dr Chan as a doctor and everyone that he works with. If you have the unfortunate disposition of seeing an orthopedic surgeon, Dr Holman Chan is your guy.

Dr. Chan is the best. He is patient and actually listens to you. He isn't arrogant and wants to get you as good as possible. I've referred others to him, because of who he is. Thank you for being who you are.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chan. Not "surgery happy" right off the bat. Very thorough exam and explains in terms that are easy to understand.

I didn’t wait long to be called back or for Dr Chan to come in. Overall I was only there for about an hour. Dr Chan is the nicest Dr. I’m glad I finally came to see him. He addressed my issue and came to check on me after my injection. Love him and would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Chan explained in detail what he was going to do in the procedure I needed. My appointments before and after my surgery, the longest I had to wait was approximately 10-15 min. The staff was very nice just like Dr Chan. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's in need for a foot/ankle specialist.

Dr. Chan's office is quite efficient so there is very little time spent waiting. Everyone is very friendly and personable. Dr. Chan was thorough and clear in his instructions. He listened to my questions and answered them, making sure I understood

Front Desk/Admin ladies were attentive and nice, would offer drinks to guests. My visit was quick and straight to the point. Dr.Chan was friendly and showed care regarding my injury. Highly recommend.

Man..I just move to Nevada and got into an accident and I met Dr.Chan and when ppl say you got a great Dr..I knew what I was feeling about him was real..great customer service and honestly helping me get myself together.

Had Achilles, haglunds deformity and gastrocnemius recession surgery. He listens and is extremely knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of dr. Chan 4/4 years anytime I have a problem he gets it fixed and I run up them able to do my work for months and months till acts up again and he does a couple of shots and I'm on my way. From the first day I met him he figured out what was going on he did the surgery he's been treating me on and off he is the most warmest kindest doctor and very thorough he does not rush you he takes as long as he needs to get to the bottom of the problem. I would highly recommend him. I had been to three other doctors over a course of a year and nobody could figure out what was going on and four years ago dr. Chan figured it out and now I am able to do my job without severe pain he is a blessing he is kind and warm and very smart oh, and I love the fact that he talks to you and explains very thoroughly. I saw Dr Chen to review an MRI. We determined I have a 7mm Morton’s Neuroma. We discussed options in depth. Dr Chen was patient, easy to talk to u and very down to earth every step of the way and would not hestitate to recommend him to others and will also seek him out for surgery regarding my neuroma.

The best orthopedist in town! Really accommodating too. That’s coming from being a patient of his and working alongside his OR team As well. Plus, the only orthopedist I know that has 0% infectious rate which accounts for probably the biggest concern going into a surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Holman Chan

I WANT SAYS THANK U DR. CHAN FOR VERY DEEP EXPLAINED ABOUT MY ANKLE AND HE WILLING HAVING SURGERY ON MY ANKLE AND REMOVAL SCREWS AND PLATES AND FIXING WITH INTERNAL BRACE ON MY ANKLE. Dr. Chan is very nice, thorough and helpful. Not a fan of doctors nor medical environments, but Dr. Chan made me feel comfortable.

I was referred to Dr. Chan by urgent care after a serious sprain, so I followed up with his office to request an appointment. Unfortunately, I was turned away from even scheduling an appointment because they didn’t know how to run my insurance—I was told they “are not in my network.” I will say that Natalie was very kind and polite, but the woman she had me speak with that handles the insurance was extremely rude and unhelpful. After the call I followed up with my insurance provider, who also confirmed that he is, indeed, in my network. My insurance also called the office on my behalf to verify that they are in network, but was also turned away and was supposed to receive a callback, but never did. I’m not sure how much more confirmation someone needs to be seen here. I cannot give a review on the quality of care, because apparently my premium insurance plan isn’t good enough to be a patient there.
