Don't waste your time with this guy or his staff...RUDE RUDE RUDE. If you even try and question him he gets defensive and fires you as a patient. A real CLOWN without the face makeup and big red nose. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

When I tell you at the unprofessionalism that I just experienced on the phone with his receptionist was uncalled for ignorance it definitely made me not want to be seen at this office and you can thank her for that people do not understand that a little bit goes a long way and you need to be a people person if you're going to deal with the public or even be in customer service her character and way she handle my question was bit aggressive and I'm appalled she acts as if she was a bit surprised that she was bi ask about making an appointment how do you have a bad day over conversation with a receptionist that's just supposed to make appointment she just wasn't receiving but I was asking at all it's not just some questions like how do I go about making appointment that I was referred to her by another doctor and this is too much I feel like that that she was rambling about her being backed up and she could not take any patience it was a bit much and I would definitely not referring anybody to this facility just based on the staff not even the professionalism of the doctor but the staff When I tell you at the unprofessionalism that I just experienced on the phone with his receptionist was uncalled for ignorance it definitely made me not want to be seen at this office and you can thank her for that people do not understand … More

He has been my whole family's doctor for over 20 years.

The office is totally screwed up, old fashioned, still doing paper charts. Cant get a prescription filled after numerous calls. They give referrals for everything, no one ever calls to give an appointment at any of them. You call the referral place and they never got the referral request. Such a mess. I saw Dr. Brannon in June and he has got to be one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. Not only is his bedside manner phenomenal, but he is also quite knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

My son was seeing Dr Brannon when he was living in Pensacola. After moving to Birmingham and getting new insurance that is when the problem with the staff began. This staff has to be the worst in a medical. After the move my son called them numerous times to let them know about the new insurance . The insurance company and the drug store both said Dr Brannon's office had not sent the paperwork The nurse at the office said it had, but was not true. The insurance company even called the doctor's office . Not sure Dr Brannon has knowledge of his staff , but someone needs to do something. I guess if you move they don't feel obligated to the person anymore. Sad ????????

Dr. Brannon is awesome all around! He stays updated on the latest of everything & no matter what I can ask him he doesn't just have an answer but an answer with a full explanation!

Dr Brannon is the best doctor ever! He diagnosed me correctly without any tests and knew exactly where all my pain points were. He's amazing!

We wish we could give Dr Brannon 10 stars! He was our family doctor for years til we moved to North Alabama. We recently moved back and are so blessed to be able to have him as our #1 physician again. He's the best!

This is an extremely confused office staff. Have experienced several misbilling issues, multiple scheduling problems,incorrect documentation and even lost records. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a family practice. This establishment will be a nightmare in the long run from my experience as well as others I have spoken with .

I'm a new patient. Dr. Brannon and his staff are outstanding! I felt he really cared about my well being. He explained things to me and I was given information explaining my condition to take with me. I was very impressed by Dr. Brannon.
