My ear canal was cleaned with a devise so loud and for so long a time that I am unable to hear higher pitches of sound (such as at concerts) without distortions in the sound. I regret going to Mercy Hospital for help.

Couldn't hear both ears stopped up ,made an appointment,got me in fast cleaned wax out of my ears feel like a new man. Thank God.

Very cool Dr. Took care of a nose problem I've had for most of my life. Very attentive.

This new advocate facility is amazing d. Kotler is the best. He removed my tonsil stone today took less that 15 minute. Hes fast friendly and knows what he is doing.

I visited Dr.Kotler for the first time yesterday and he was amazzzzzzzzziiiiinnnngggg! We bonded immediately, and he was the only ENT that gave me what I wanted. I've been suffering from ear problems since childhood. Dr. Kotler performed myringotomy in both ears and instantly I felt relief. He talked me through the whole surgery. He is the best! Dr. Kotler determined I needed surgery to correct a nasal obstruction. 2 days bfore surgery his MA called to cancel surgery bcause I have a hereditary neuropathy which isn't currently affecting my legs. He sent me bck to my PCP to get referral to see anesthesiologists for clearance. My PCP thought this was ridiculous & sent fax to Dr.Kotler with Ok. He kept telling his rude MA to tell me I need to see anesthesiologists. After my wife called MA she disclosed Dr wasn't doing surgery.Very unethical
