Don’t waste your time with this office I just finish having a horrible experience.First of all the waits are long and the waits in the room are long as well . I Once sat in the waiting room for almost 40 mins and in the room for about the same time it’s mind blowing. I’ve had patience on the way I’ve been treated with the doctors at this office and I had some bad experience with Laura De torre asked the receptionist to ask me something super unprofessional I felt so uncomfortable. After being seen by 2 doctors at the office. I was seen by Dr Linda Zhou today for a 3rd opinion and she was super unprofessional took me as a joke . I do not recommend this office. Terrible doctor. Would NOT recommend. Unprofessional in many ways and I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews I just read NOT just about "long wait times" but about how she treats her patients and literally laughs in their faces - she is not the least bit personable

I loved The whole process of getting my skin cleared...Linda hua zhou MD . Was so helpful professional and understanding she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. You are so appreciated, I went to many dermatologist and no one helped me like you did. Thank you sooooo sooo much. Blessings!

Best referral I’ve been given!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Zhou is an EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, compassionate and a highly skilled skincare professional. I had overactive sweat glands that I believed to be untreatable, but caused significant insecurities for me- so I was referred by my primary care to coastal dermatology. And WOW! Dr Zhou was very informative to options and best practices for treatment solutions. The results have been life changing, medically and for my overall confidence. After my pregnancy I had embarrassing skin tags along my neck and face that now you’d never be able to see I had any- that was beyond impressive. From having such positive transformative care at coastal dermatology, I’ve returned for several cosmetic procedures performed ( Botox for my aging face wrinkles/ frown lines, Juviderm fillers, lip injections, as well as having beauty marks checked for cancer) … I trust dr Zhou with my life and appreciate all she and her friendly staff have done for me. Constantly rescheduling appointments.

Never ever please stay away.i Thought by reading previous reviews and that it was a local office l that it would be a good place to get skin checked and what a horrific idea that was she must have lost her mind after so many years of doing the same thing and would definitely NOT recommend as a dermatologist t anyone . No respect for patients crowds in room with her while she is giving observation. They violate Without permission with rudeness and Unprofessional practices while taking pictures violating all privacy. 0Both my husband and I saw Laura Hilliard P.A. at Dr Zhou's office for our 1st appointment. We were very impressed. Friendly and thorough! She took her time with us.

If you want a doctor that spends 5 minutes with you, doesn't review your medical history, literally laughs in your face about your concerns, and makes you feel like a specimen in a zoo, then Dr. Zhou is for you.

Seriously good doctor and very professional. Not sure why the bad reviews of this hard working doctor. Double and triple booking? Maybe but so what. You did get an appointment. Call around and see how difficult it is to get an appointment anywhere else in less than three months. I called around when I found a small scab forming on my arm. Sure, see you in three months. I called this office. Had me in the next day. Biopsy showed cancer. Went back the next day and this doctor completely removed it and did a great job. Two years now and I go back once a year for a looksee and yes, I wait maybe 15 or 20 minutes. And I don't cry about it. Seriously good doctor and very professional. She is NEVER EVER on time. She double and triple books appointment slots so that even if you get there 30 minutes early, you still are in the waiting room well past your appointment time.

Doctor was nice and engaging probably shouldn't have complained about the wait, could of just been a bad day

Very professional & friendly staffs. In & out less than 30mins. Highly recommended.
