I was in with my partner who had a surgical procedure done a few days ago. He was transfer for a fitting and he was accommodated promptly. Your receptionist was cold and dismissive. She never acknowledged me when I came in with my sedated partner and most likely assumed me as, "the help". She welcomed every other client that walked in to your practice but disregard my existence. She even gave a tour to one of your patients. I never got any information from anyone while I waited over an hour in your lobby. I. was. never. greeted. Customer service was terrible. I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr Schmidt is by far the best.He and his office are accommmodating and caring. He has had so much experience(I think his father was also a dentist). His suggestions have also saved me money! He is simply the best.

I am filing a claim against him because he made an appliance for me that did not fit my mouth. When I reported my discomfort from this ill fitting appliance to him and asked that he remake it he said "I'm not remaking it somebody else can, I'm not remaking it". I then sent him a letter asking for my dental records so I could employ another dentist. I also asked for a refund to pay another dentist. They sent copied notes in his writing and ignored my request for my $2,000. + refund. In that letter (for the first time) he told me "this appliance was temporary" Not sure what that meant to him. My question is: Temporary to what? At age 83 much is temporary to me. In the meantime, I need my money back. His disrespect is unnecessary. I did nothing to deserve it. I cannot use the anterior appliance I told him it was unacceptable. He kept $2000. + advance payment before delivering the product. Treatment April, 2021 Vivian Allen-Hubert

I am so grateful to Dr. Hugo V Schmidt and his great staff Mary and Elizabeth they are awesome!!***** ;) Dr. Schmidt totally had to rebuild my entire smile believe me he did am incredible job! I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt he is so skilled and gentle, made the entire process so easy and pain free. Thanks again for giving me a great smile!!
