I have been a patient of Dr. Byers for over a decade now. He has done two spinal fusions on me, plus several minor procedures. Dr. Byers is one of the kindest, most caring physicians I have ever known. Many surgeons are "carpenters," while Dr. Byers is the opposite. He is involved in your life in a way that is extraordinary. I am sure that his surgical skills are fantastic, but I am not really in a position to judge that. From the patient's point of view, I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who is in the position of needing surgery. I can't say enough good things about him. You will be certain that you are in the best hands you can be in, and also you will get to know Dr. Byers as a warm, caring individual. As many stars as I can give him, he gets. I would highly recommend Dr. Byers with absolutely no hesitation. Ten years ago I had Dr. Byers complete a procedure on my herniated disc and recently remove bone spurs from my back. I am a building contractor and am now fully recovered returning to physical work. Can not thank Dr. Byers and his staff enough for providing such excellant care.
