I’m writing this review because my son was seen 3 weeks ago. Dr. Butler ordered a brain mri for my son. The imaging department never received the order. I called numerous amounts of times for the staff to send the order and requested a call back. 3 weeks later and still never sent. I had to get a hold of a manager from the department in order for things to get done. I feel like they aren’t concerned about my son needing the mri how I am. Another thing, when we were there they scheduled a follow up spot for my son. The next day they call to cancel the appt and tried to schedule him a whole another month out. Which is ridiculous. I demanded to speak to someone hoping they can squeeze me in sooner and still nobody has called me back. Also, in the room with the dr he had 2 other practicing physicians with him or they were training, he only kept talking with them instead of telling me anything about my son but just that he was wanting the mri done. My Child has been a patient of Dr. Butler since 2007. We've been pleased with his level of service until recently. As a result of his expedient manner, two prescription mistakes were identified and he hastily concluded the consultation without asking if we had matters to discuss. He literally walked out the door leaving us in a quandary. Needless to say, the consult merited little value and we will no longer be seeking the advice of Butler due to his apparent confusion and poor approach.

He spends time with his patients and is very experienced in his field.

I'll admit the speed of getting the results back of my DD genetic testing was fast but I have been trying for several weeks to reach them on the phone so they can tell me the results of the testing not very phone friendly when you try to call no one answers the phones been calling for 3 weeks no answers on anything the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the visit and testing were fast but trying to get your results will just cause you a bunch of headache and heartache while you sit wondering whats going on... My daughter has been seen by Dr. Butler since she was 5 months and 3 days old & she is now 9 yrs. old. He is not only knowledgeable and caring but works diligently to diagnose and treat his patients. As a mom of an infant suffering from seizures & remember feeling an array of emotions & feelings but never felt alone after Dr. Butler took on my little girls case. At 9 years old....you ask her who is a person in your life that is someone you look up to....she always says Dr. Butler because he helped her, listened to her, took good care of her & she loves her Dr. Butler. Her seizures are now controlled and does not require medications & with such an amazing neurologist as him; we wouldn't be where we are today. He is such a blessing to have in our' lives!
