I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hamzavi’s since 2020, in that time, he’s provided trustworthy advice and treatment for my HS. It feels good to have finally found a Doctor who listens to my concerns. Thanks Canton team and Hamzavi Dermatology

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hamzavi for well-over a decade and have received A+ care, personalized and gracious service, and world-class expertise. Dr. Hamzavi is called upon to deliver lectures and seminars all over the world, so it is clear that he in elite company in his profession.

Bad customer service skills

This place is horrible. The staff lies to you calls for your appointment 20 minutes later. Edit: the doctor's are great here, it's just that when you get in the office it feels like a wreck. Dr Hamzavi is an excellent doctor. The problem I have is that you make an appointment time, arrive 15 minutes early, wait for 15 minutes after your appointment time, approach the reception desk to ask how much longer and your are told at least another 20 minutes! Why not just arrive an hour after your appointment time that way you should be seen "on time " , oh but wait--- you will be charged a cancellation fee! Maybe I should charge the office a "late fee", sounds fair to me. Dr Hamzavi is an excellent doctor.
