He is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable and thorough, is very kind and compassionate with excellent bedside manners. His office is also very accommodating and the staff is readily available to assist with any concerns regarding insurance problems, coverage, preauthorization for medications etc. I would recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.

Dr Zaffer is a very caring in his holistic approach to patient care. His approach transformed my approach to my own health, made me take ownership of how I treat my body and have integrity in the process.

Have had nothing but the best of care. He definitely cares about his patience as you can see the time he takes to explain everything so that you understand it unlike some other doctors. The office staff is the best I've ever dealt with very accommodating. I highly recommend them

With family history of GI issues and colon cancer, I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Zaffer always takes the time to thoughtfully consider any concerns and listens - something I find many physicians either won't - or don't have the time - to do. I appreciate Dr. Zaffer's approach to include holistic remedies before resorting to medicinal approaches. I have been so happy with the care my family has received that I have referred several friends. I highly recommend Dr. Zaffer. You won't find a more skilled or caring specialist.

I went to Dr Zaffer's office for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I was giving very professional care by him. I was very happy with the end results. The atmosphere and everyone's attitude was very nice. He is a very friendly doctor. Also he is a very caring person. I can not thank enough to Dr Zaffer and his staff for their exceptional level of care that they have giving me. His attitude is very friendly and optimistic even I had a very bad feeling about my situation. He did his best to make me feel better because I was not feeling good at all. It was my first time having this procedure done, I did not know what to expect. He made me feel safe to getting the procedure done. He take care of me as soon as he can and he gave me a medication for it. I like to thank him for that personally. As a results of my experience with Dr Zaffer, I have been recommending him to all my family and friends. And I would also like to recommend him to everyone reading this review.

I am one of those doctor avoidant people who rarely likes or visits doctors. However, Dr. Zaffer and his staff put me at ease. What I found most impressive is that he did not automatically push medicines or medical procedures. Rather, he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a holistic approach which included dietary and lifestyle suggestions. Many of which worked. Where medical procedures are necessary, I trust him completely with my care and the care of my family members.

Excellent doctor and practice. The office staff is always quick and helpful to accommodate any changes or needs. Dr Zaffer listened to issues experienced and advised on short and long term treatment approaches. The care for myself as a patient is evident on all visits and as such I recommend to friends and family.

The consultation was informative and comfortable. There was sufficient justification for a procedure. The preparations were clearly explained. The procedure was scheduled. The procedure was performed and while in recovery the results were clearly explained. I highly recommend Dr. Zaffer.

I have had inflammatory Bowel disease for many Years! It was mismanaged by another Doctor . Dr Zaffer used a Medical and Wholistic approach and my symptoms are completely resolved.

I have been to 2 other doctors relating to my issue with no success. Finally, I found Dr. Zaffer, who not only treated my medical concerns with a holistic approach but also was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Zaffer!

Few years ago he saved my husband’s life…. And has been my own doctor for more than ten years … both of us husband and wife are doctors!

I've been a patient of Dr. Zaffer's for the past two years now. Luckily I've been feeling well so things I would go to him for were routine. Most recently I started feeling ill. I presented to his office for severe abdominal pain, bloating, and all around discomfort.To my surprise he did not perform a physical exam but suggested an MRI as to what I was feeling he would not be able to diagnose on his own. I went for an MRI and the results were discussed over the phone. Along with my results we discuss a diet change as he felt this would help resolve the issues I've developed. I contacted him about 2 weeks after the diet change, informing him that I was feeling exactly the same. He put me on a round of antibiotics and recommended a colonoscopy. 3 days prior to my test his office called to inform me that Dr. Zaffer is not in my insurance's network. Mind you I've been seeing Dr. Zaffer for 2 years with the same insurance. The receptionist stated that all my visits are still pending and the insurance as yet to pay. This was the last straw and confirmed my feelings of getting a second opinion. I requested my medical records and scheduled an appointment with a new specialist. When I received my records Dr. Zaffer noted, on the day that we went over my MRI results, that I have an obstruction. At no point on the phone did he mention obstruction. It's upsetting that he failed to mention this and how careless he's become. Again during my well visits he's been great but when I needed the advice of a specialist b/c I am not feeling well its unfortunate that my health has been disregarded. When I confronted him and asked why he failed to mention an obstruction he said "well from the results, it's common sense" He has no compassion, awful bedside manor, and has become extremely careless. Staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Zaffer was friendly and made me feel important and comfortable which many doctors I’ve experienced lately lacked that bedside manner. 100% recommend

Dr. Zaffer is such a warm and knowledgeable doctor. His practice is impeccably clean, the staff friendly and the overall atmosphere calm and professional. Dr. Zaffer understands the need to listen and treat the whole patient.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Zaffer and his staff. The atmosphere in the office was very relaxing as opposed to other doctor’s offices which seem stressful and disorganized. He was very attentive to my concerns and took his time. Overall, we were very pleased.

Dr. Zaffer and his staff are very professional and caring. My wife has been suffering from IBS-C for over 3 years. We went to countless Gastro doctors over the years but to no avail. She was suffering. than a friend recomended Dr. Zaffer back in Nov 2018, we made an appointment,he took his time and asked dozens of questions and than came up with a game plan. 4 months later, my wife is 80% better and showing improvement every day thanks to Dr. Zaffer and hid staff.

While my endoscopy was done well, my whole experience was uncomfortable. I self diagnosed myself as gluten intolerant two years ago because my stomach swells and I was in crippling pain every time I ate it. He told me I was overreacting and that I should just eat some pizza. He even laughed a bit when I cried in his office. Prior to my endoscopy he said my stomach looked inflamed and was a cause for concern and then after my endoscopy said I essentially making symptoms up. Definitely would not recommend him if you suspect you may have ceiliac disease. He had no compassion or even advice on how to help my digestive health. A waste of time and money. I think Dr.Zaffer has a great bedside manner , he makes you feel comfortable , he's attentive and treats his patients like family . I brought my parents to see him . They have been avoiding colonoscopy for years , but Dr. Zaffer listen to their concerns and was very reassuring . He does a face to face first in a office then he exams you. He wasn't on the computer and typing like most doctors . I think Dr.Zaffer has a great bedside manner , he makes you feel comfortable , he's attentive and treats his patients like family . Horrible experience. I've had gluten related digestive issues for years and he told me I was essentially over reacting. Well at the initial appointment he said my stomach seemed swollen and infected, so I went through the the endoscopy. Then I was told everything was normal. When I got frustrated he sent me to get an ultrasound and he would call with the results. I received no phone call and had to call back a month later. I'm out 4 grand and have wasted my time.

Dr Zaffer consistently provides excellent care. Dr. Zaffer's diagnosis and prescribed treatment helped me to recover from severe gastric problems. Because of his compassionate care I am able to manage my condition and remain well. I recommend Dr. Zaffer without hesitation.
