I dont know why it took so long to write this but here it is. Dr. Zingale is an angel with a huge brain. He fought like a tiger to save my mom who was a difficult and complicated patient. I would see him coming and going from Huntington Hospital. If that was not enough, he would call me at my moms home after hours to discuss her case. He walked me through everything. Truly a kind and gentle soul. My mom passed in 2012 but only after Dr Z and the amazing team he assembled did all in their power to heal. I still pray for you. This doctor saved my life. I was admitted to the ER with a ruptured appendix and was lucky to have Dr Zingale come to my aid. After spending a month in the hospital under his care, I can confidently tell you that He is a highly skilled surgeon, who shows sincere concern for his patients and provides exceptional aftercare as well.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Zingale! After realizing the most highly rated doctors were all trained under him it was a no brained to have my procedure done with him! But it was his come and intelligent and kind attitude that really made him my favorite. The day of my operation as I cried thinking of my two little girls at home, with out any words he simply reached for my hand and he was holding it until I went under anesthesia. He called and visited me often while I stayed in the hospital recovering and when he wasn’t his team made sure all my needs were taken cared of. When I was scared, he simply said “ You are going to be ok, I’ll make sure of it!” He did just that!!! God bless you Dr.Zingale! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Dr. Robert Zingale performed abdominal hernia surgery on me 6/12/17. The surgery went very well. recovery time has been quicker than expected, and pain and discomfort was minimal. He has a calm demeanor and answered all my questions prior to surgery as well as post-op. Dr. Zingale is a truly gifted surgeon and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a fine surgeon. I found his office staff to be courteous and professional as well. Wait times never exceeded 25 minutes.

I had a belly button hernia for years that needed surgery but I kept putting it off due to a bad experience I had with a previous surgeon. I finally decided to have the surgery done and was referred to Dr. Zingale by my PCP. The operation went well - it went exactly as Dr. Zingale said it would. After the operation I had very little pain. I didn't have to use ANY of the pain medication that he prescribed. I would highly recommend Dr. Zingale to anyone requiring surgery in the Huntington area.

Dr. Zingale did emergency gall bladder removal on me at Huntington Hospital. Everything went extremely well and I could not be happier with his care and my recovery.

Dr. Zingale is a fantastic doctor and wonderful person. He literally s aved my husband's life! My husband is 84 years old and underwent emergency surgery to his small intestine. Dr. Zingale saved his life from severe infection and twisted intestine. His very dilligent work with multiple labs to check the biopsy results found the correct diagnosis of a very rare autoimmune disease. His bedside manner is great and his staff is so nice and helpful.
