I have never felt so disregarded don't care about there patients rude .

If I could give a worse review I would doesnt coordinate with doctors doesnt have paper work together doesnt care about you has completely no idea what she is doing you have a problem its your fault dont expect help even if it's cancer can't think of worse bedside manner I want my time refunded no understanding at all just plain sloppy didnt go over any of the hospital findings didnt take me in timely manner after being seen in the ER. Was referred to this Dr. by an admirable source, however Jennifer in scheduling is just foul and nasty, so I declined the appointment. I hear that this is typical of the scheduling staff at St. Peter's Health, however that doesn't make it acceptable.

Dr Kaplan and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They all take the time and really listen to you and do anything and everything possible to help with any problem. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new primary!!!

Do not expect the staff to care if you are suffering from hyperhydrosis. One nurse stressed how vital it is to schedule the botox injection all in the same week and to do them every 12 weeks. Then they cancel your entire week because they cannot get the approval from our insurance which they already have for a full year. And despite my begging. Then they sit for that entire week and do nothing. I called MVP myself and have the woman contact them all within 1/2 and hour. Now they schedule them whenever and they call it "elective" when your hands and feet have not been dry for 12 years. Insensitive, incompetent and entirely stressing us out unnecessarily. The Dr is very thorough and makes sure everything is reviewed properly. I appreciate her immensely.

Dr. KAPLAN has been wonderful to me, since I chose her as my primary 5 years ago. She listens to you, she’s very thorough. She makes sure I keep up all routine tests I should have. I’m very satisfied with how she handles my care.

Doctor Kaplan is phenomenal, I have a lot of chronic pain as well as health issues and everyone from the front desk to the nurses, Dr Kaplan and her nurse manager are top notch. She works hard too ensure I stay and feel healthy, the staff greets you with a smile when you enter and if you call are over the top friendly. I am beyond grateful my care was lead too here. They value and appreciate me. Do not go unless you want her to change your records to what she wants them to say. She will tell you its in your head and she will tell you she will only help you in her "way". this is the kind of doctor you don't want if you have chronic pain or have fibromyalgia or cpms . She has no clue about either of these things or anything with chronic pain. She will tell you to exercises and eat right and that you are depressed. Again a doctor who needs so much more education on how trigger points and cmps is not in your head .. Look it up and learn about it . When a patient knows more than a doctor about what you can and can't do with this condition, you have a problem. She doesn't even touch you so how would she know what your tp's feel like. Not a clue.Just sits there and types and talks. I don't think my insurance should pay for this. Waste of time.
