Isaac Washington Browne

Mr. Browne is a self-proclaimed psychiatrist, not Board Certified and Licensed. He does not read medical charts, does not consider pre-existing conditions, and does not listen to the patient/s. He makes diagnosis without examining the patient and prescribes drugs! He threatens patients if you do not do what he tells you to do and if you are in the hospital, he retaliates against you by increasing the drugs until you comply to his demands. We have filed a complaint with the CA Physician Licensing Board, Metropolitan State Hospital, the Department of State Hospitals, the Department of Health, the Patients Rights Department, and several more departments/offices. Do NOT seek any medical treatment or advice from this horrible doctor!
