Dr. Martin Zapata

Rude, disrespectful, no information on how to do things. Would not fill out paperwork to get help with medication instead said set up another appointment and bring in my prescriptions. He has and knows all medications. Waste of time.

I picked Dr. Zapata out of convenience. My mistake, I guess. I've now "established" myself as a patient. This doctor of internal medicine has not once, performed ANY type of exam. In fact, he has not even listened to my heart (history of heart condition). Nor has he taken any instrument of any kind himself to look me over. I am merely a name on a chart who happened to be next in line.

Doctor takes time and listens to all your needs. He does everything he can to help his patients.

Horrible office! They changed my husband's in person appointment to a phone appointment on the day of the appointment!!! They said they were going to call at 3pm but never did! This place has horrible customer service and very poor communication! They said the doctor is not seeing patients in the the office the entire month but still scheduled him for an in person appointment. It has been a very bad experience with this place. If you are looking for good customer service, respect, and to be treated kindness then I do not recommend this office. Horrible office! Have been coming to dr zapatas for years along with both my parents and all the girls always give us the best in service, specially Sandra and linda. My parents health status has sure improved ever since dr Zapata took over their care.

Absolutely the BEST beyond Expectations they sure do care and take the extra step to help and make sure everyone gets the health care needed very informative and knowledgeable!!! Right when I needed them Staff was there for me to improve my health I'm very thankful with the staff for my care and time blessings to all the wonderful staff at Dr. Martin Zapata . Completely void of any bedside manner, zero follow up, and doesn't return calls. He is lackluster and seems to have very little regard for his patients. Disappointing experience.

He was cold and indifferent. i was in a nursing home for 3 weeks and he did not visit me once. He ordered an ultrasound and never told me the results.

Doesn’t do anything unless you come in. No corrections or suggestions. Doesn’t return calls. Staff totally unhelpful., rude and no caring . Will never return.

i thank this (Doctor ) for his help and suggestions,in making me better .I'm a diabetic and the medicine ,he prescribed for me seems to be working .and i would recommend him .as a mater a fact I'm. gonna try to get him as my primary doctor .if possible ..very satisfied .thank you Dr.Zapata .discharged patient from PIC.(IN DOWNEY)

Doctor Zapata is very courteous and professional. His staff is very respectful and they are good with scheduling appointments. They are very understanding when I have to cancel and reschedule. The wait time is normal, given that they always have people coming to their appointments.

He is great Doctor. He has great respect and loyalty to his patients.

He's all about profit over patient care. Placement in his care was due to my proximity to his office (no other options). I was caught between a rock and a hard place since I had just filed a grievance with my former care provider and was told I MUST wait until the first of December before he would see me. I became ill before that date and he refused to see me unless I paid cash. My social worker asked if he would do a courtesy visit and I was told multiple times by his entire staff, NO.
