Strength is our biggest proponent, but many times it is lead by fear. The fear of the unknown, and the fear of not only one's self, but the fear of failure. Isa came into my life when those worlds collided. She helped me regain the strength that she knew I had and helped me become whole again. When I felt weak, she continued to support me and guide me to become strong and whole again. She helped me find the voice that I felt I had lost. I cannot imagine what my life would be like now, after three years of weekly visits, without her, her guidance and always kind, supportive words. She always has an open mind, an open heart and she never shows judgement. She is simply the BEST!!

I have been with Isabel for 10 yrs. there was a period in time where I stopped going. Not because of Isabel. But, because I thought I was well. To find out that stopping my therapy was a mistake. I have since returned with my therapy .. Isabel has been my rock. Isabel, She compassionate , understanding and true to the core!! Thank you!! Isabel.

I have been seeing Isa for off and on for the past 5 years or so. She's very positive, encouraging, and a wonderful cognitive behavioral therapist. She has been an absolute life-saver to me and is always understanding and empathetic. As long as there is that mutual trust and you decide to continue with her, she really takes the time to get to know you as long as you're willing to truly open up to her. She has a great sense of humor and will not tolerate any bs. I love Isabel, she's awesome!!!!!!

Fantastic counselor. Very good with abuse, self esteem, medical issues. Has helped me SO much.
