The WORST dr. in this part of the state. She treats everyone like they're trying to fool her, or attempting to obtain Opioids...when all you're doing is getting your prescriptions filled! She has many times actually gone and CALLED Walgreens to let them know that MAYBE my back pain script was in fact Opioids! And it is a muscle relaxer! Dr. Hanna uses a Physicians Desk Ref. dated 1989. Her prescription cards still use the "313" area code, call Eastpointe "East Detroit". The building is straight out of the 1940's, everything is dingy, dark, and appears to have a dirty surface. She will NOT send you to a specialist. She loves to rudely walk out of the room or into the hallway, for no reason, while you're explaining your symptoms. She constantly says, "Mh-Hm...yeah...mm." She adds nothing, solves nothing, helps you with nothing. Once she told me I couldn't come back until I saw her husband next door, an OBGYN, not kidding. They refused an appt.! She LOVES to do nonsense breast exam.

Does this mean I have cancer, am I dying? Well she isn't going to tell you, and doesn't care. Once she had her grandson in there, brought him in the room for my breast exam. Ladies, here's a hallmark of being a TERRIBLE dr. She brings in a 16 year old MALE, in h.s. grandson, because he's "shadowing her". What? Next up will be his entire basketball team. How horrible! She has a pulled-out-of-her-rear nonsense, against Medicaid/Medicare rules that if you don't pay for her house on Jefferson Ave., aka come in every 2 months, this atrocity "dr." will not fill your prescriptions! Yes, even ones you've been on for many YEARS. Even when you are Disabled. Another move is you see a Specialist, say for Migraines, now her only job should be when you go back, she refills those meds, established by your Migraine specialist. You'll then get to hear, "I'm not filling that. Go back and see the dr. who first prescribed it." Yep, she can't even do her job. At all. She is a nightmare. The WORST. Any positive reviews, she probably had a family member write, they're all in the Medical business. She's been out of "learning" for about 60 years, she keeps up with nothing. Believe me, anyone is better.

Had a appointment with Dr. Hanna. Been seeing her since 2015 Got to the office. Didn't have any more checks in my ck book. She would not see me. I was not feeling well. Never been turned away from a doctor visit before. I offered to mail a ck in for my co-pay. Still No... She is not a good doctor anyway. She is very money hungry. Your not treating as a patient. Your treated like a number. Not the Dr. For me. I will never step foot in her old outdated office again. Get a debit card machine. Update the place. Seeing Dr. Hanna every 3 months for 5 years. All this time and appts. 3-4 times/year, she had NO idea who I was. Came in, she asked "what job do you do?" She asked questions she knows the answer to, I said look at the notes from prior visits. She will not diagnose anything. She doesn't order tests. She will tell you to "see a doctor at U. of M", won't help you find one, write any referral. If you are shorted a prescription month or need a simple refill, her office will NOT send your prescription to the pharmacy, stating "She doesn't do that." That's her JOB. They make you come in to the office for an exam just to get a prescription filled. She will do an unasked for, unneeded breast exam, every single visit. Had Mammograms at Beaumont with experts who can read them, my appt. with her, she wants to do a pseudo exam, to bill the insurance more. Recent time, held up my script bottle "What is this?" It's Immodium. SHE prescribed it last visit, didn't know the drug name! Stay far far away.

only good for healthy people who do not really need to see a doctor. Not good at addressing medical concerns; great at referring across the Metro Detroit area.
