Dr. Israel Marc Samson

Dr. Samson told me outright :"Your symptoms are in your mind". A far more experienced physician called Dr. Samson & told Dr Samson that there was something seriously wrong with me. Dr. Samson responded that the symptoms were "in her mind". Dr. Samson missed the diagnosis of a serious illness because he was convinced that my symptoms were "in your mind." This was followed by his refusing to release my records to me .

Dr. Samson is a comprehensive and knowledgeable doctor. The receptionist staff have gotten a lot better.

Excellent doctor, very detailed and concerned.

HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE WHEN I CALLED, THE LADY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MIN... WHEN SHE ANSWERED SHE WAS VERY RUDE, REFUSED TO HELP ME AND WAS TALKING OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME!! I REQUESTED TO BE CONNECTED WITH A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED AS WELL.

Dr Samson is a top diagnostician and a professional of the first order. If sincere wellness is a goal, this is your physician.

Doctor Samson is the epitome of what we call the best! He has compassion and is extremely eager to help his patients in every way possible . I have been his patient over 25 years and I highly recommend him as ones personal physician . There is no one who compares to him as a doctor and as a person . His staff is phenomenal! They are to be commended for their kindness and their willingness to help every patient . Please do not hesitate for one moment in giving Doctor Israel Samson a try! Waited for an hour to be seen in a less than clean waiting room and then another 30 minutes in his check up room. Doctor was dismissive and thought my request for sleep study was silly, despite the fact that I was directed to have sleep study done by several physicians. I won't be coming back and I won't be recommending him to anyone.

The office staff shames you for being sick and wanting to see the doctor the same day, otherwise I would recommend.

The most disgusting, rude, unprofessional, obnoxious receptionist I have ever witnessed in my life. Doctor should really reconsider who he has working for him or she should reconsider her job there! If you’re not a people person maybe consider a job where you don’t speak/see people all day long :)

The only reason i will be switching my primary care doctor is because of this rude receptionist. Never in my life have i dealt with someone who is more rude and disgusting than the receptionist there. Unwelcoming vibe the moment you walk through the door, every step of the way while you are in the office and on your way out. Waiting for test results? Forget about it. You have to jump through 17 different hoops and grovel at the feet of reception before you can speak to the doctor or have the slightest idea if your results are positive or not. I highly suggest the doctor find someone more professional. The only reason i will be switching my primary care doctor is because of this rude receptionist. Our last dr. gave my dad a clean bill of health on his physicals because his PSA levels were within normal range, although they were rising 3 years straight. We later switched to Dr. Samson, who was immediately alarmed by the PSA trend and felt a small lesion, which turned out to be prostate cancer. Again, 2 years ago, dad thought he had the flu, but Dr. Samson immediately diagnosed acute diverticulitis and sent him straight to the hospital. He saved my dad's life twice. I trust Dr. Samson
