Our visit was wonderful. Dr. Patel went above and beyond to check my daughter’s teeth and she was very friendly. My daughters teeth are healthy, and we are grateful for the excellent care at Smiles on Randall. I got hot recommend them.

The visit was great. Michelle the hygienist was so friendly, helpful and gentle with my teeth. She answered all my questions. The doctor did his quick check as well and was very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Never saw a doctor. Three of my children had appointments and no one came out and spoke to me or told me anything. I had to go to the front desk and ask if we were good to know. No one had a clue.

My first visit was very pleasant, addressed all my concerns and explained the course of treatment very clear and thorough. I definitely will be a long time patient, even though it’s not as close as my previous dentist, the quality of care is worth the drive!

Dr. Juan Abadia is AMAZING! He is a professional and takes the time to make you comfortable. I had not had great experiences with dentists as Dr. Abadia. I would recommend him to anyone. His work on my teeth have been great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Office is very clean as well. My daughter enjoys this office as well. Marie Inada-Bonhom

Love Hygientist Priscilla!! So kind and caring as well at skilled in excellent cleaning of my teeth! Priscilla gets 5 Stars! True story-- My daughter asked what my dentist's name was. I thought about it and have no idea what the doctors nameS are that have cared for me over the years. It's like they are anonymous. Why is it such a revolving door for dentists in this office. If I had a complicated mouth I do not think I'd stay--I'd want a closer professional relationship with my dentist.

I’ve been very impressed with my last few visits for myself and my daughter. I’m a big scaredy-cat and wanted to avoid passing that on to my little. The care and compassion from this team is is pretty evident, even masked. The treatment and payment plans are clear and easy to understand.

After having bad experiences at other dentist! This place was amazing the dentist talk through exactly what he was doing, I had 2 wisdom teeth he extracted one was under the gum tissue! I felt nothing but slight pressure, one of the ones he took out I didn’t even know he did it yet he was so fast and efficient!

We had the hygenist Shelby, and she was awesome with explaining and distracting with my 8 year old. Last week, my 5 year old was so scared about a filling and the dentist was fantastic with calming her and talking her through it. TOTALLY recommend this practice for kids.

Yesterday I had them pull the 8 teeth that were remaining in the top of my mouth. He was very generous with the Novocaine on the top of my mouth. I didn't feel a thing. I wanted to be put under but he said they can't do that there. So, I'm glad he made it painless. Next week I will get my remaining 11 lower teeth removed. Hopefully it will go as well as it did yesterday. I can't wait for them to be out!

I get really bad anxiety when i go to the Dentist.. I mean really bad!. But the staff was so nice. They explained everything they were going to do in great detail.. So nice an friendly.. The Dentist was so sweet and also explained everything in great detail.. I had such and awesome experience.. They really calmed me and made me feel very comfortable.. I would give them a 12/10!

The people at the front desk are very good. my cleaning was great! Watch the billing as their template makes it look like you are 90 days late when you receive the first bill. The billing department will put charges from services months earlier if the insurance questions or doesn't pay the full amount and show it as past due without notification first. Received a bill dated 2 January 2020 saying 90 days past due on the 4th of January with a late charge on the bill even though this was the first bill received. I had three payments on the bill in the last 90 days so it was not like I was skipping any payments or should have any balance due. Poor accounting system/billing system.

I have seen multiple dentist in the last six months. Found out in July of this year that I have five cavities. Then this passed Monday a dentist told me that I don't have five I have two.

Excellent staff, super nice office. I was impressed. Dr. Eadie is a pro. He's my kind of guy. To be honest though, Tylenol #3, does nothing for me. I had surgery on my shoulder when I was 18. I was in the hospital for a week. The Dr. gave me Tylenol #3 to take at home. It didn't help at all so I stopped taking it. (Why poison myself)? Back then, I didn't have enough sense, (nor did my parents), to tell the Dr. that I was in pain. So I suffered, for at least, a few weeks. I understand the whole opioid "crisis" thing, but not everyone that walks out of a doctor's office or a hospital, becomes a "drug addict". In fact, most of the addicts in this country are people who are looking to get high, and buy street drugs. "You go to the hospital with a broken arm, and walk out a drug addict" --- Donald J. Trump. Give me a break. I broke my arm when I was 4, and guess what? I'm 56 now and not a drug addict. So because a very small % of the population, can't control themselves, or take medication as directed, the rest of us will have to suffer for it. Just sayin'.

I've been coming here for a number of years. After a short hiatus, I returned for an assessment and a couple of cleanings. My experience has been very positive! My hygienist Priscilla has been outstanding. She teaches and informs in a way that is enlightening and encouraging. She is skilled in her technique, professionalism and is just a pleasant person. I'm actually looking forward to my 6-month appointment :-)

The cavity area was great. They told you step by step what was happening and what was coming next. Then off to the hygienist part for cleaning the teeth! Nothing but care, courtesy, and sensitivity! What an oxymoron right? Good day and dentist in same sentence. Went in to smiles on Randall for normal cleaning today like I have for the last few years. But today I had the most pleasant experience. Sara (no h needed) was my hygienist today and although she claims she has been there for over a year now, it was first time meeting for me. Her “bedside manner” was soooo refreshing and she did a painless job cleaning my teeth as well. I never fill out these reviews but in this case I had to say WELL DONE SARA!! Best visit to the dentist ever for me and it was 100% due to her efforts.

Went in for bi-annual cleaning and X-rays. Greeted upon arrival and got in to see my hygienist almost immediately. She's very friendly and professional. Remembers past conversations and asked about how I was feeling after a scheduled orthopedic surgery that was four months ago. Very gentle, understanding, and friendly during my treatment. Couldn't be happier with the service!

My 14 ur old son had his first fillings done today & can’t say enough how high quality their work is! Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. He carefully fixed the cavity I had on my molar. I experienced almost no pain at all. He is also probably the funniest man I have met!

The whole team is great! They really know how to work with the little ones by making it less scary for them. I love the term "sleeping spray" when it comes to my kids needing an area numbed.

Smiles on Randall has been our choice for dentistry for many years. Before finding this office, I was disappointed with other dentist we had been to. We had a separate dentist for my husband and myself and one for my three children. Once I started going to Smiles on Randall, I knew it was time for my whole family to begin going there together. They are extremely professional, very attentive to our individual needs and very courteous. They make you feel at ease and certainly take the time to listen to all our concerns. For my children to go without complaining, well what can I say? That speaks volumes to the comfort level they experience! Very friendly staff!
