Dr. Jacci Gayle Walden

I have been going to this Dr. for many years, nonetheless, it is now that things have gone sour. She is very understaffed and very overwhelmed to the point of rudeness. She will be closing her practice to seve as a director at another facility, I think that’s a wise choice. She can no longer care for her patients in a dignifying way. It’s time to move on.

Went here for years but then started to steadily go down hill. Does not do enough follow up labs. Had to ask several times and then she made it sound like we were the hold out. This is a one woman office with a very limited staff that just can't compete with the larger offices. I might recommend her for an older person but not for a younger growing family.

Horrible office. Been to 3 appts and they have messed something up EVERY time. Twice I have been told they would call in refills for an important daily medication and they have forgotten. They forgot to tell us to fast before blood work causing us to make a wasted trip to the lab. Simply awful.
