My reason for a visit to Dr. Clemis was to have my hearing tested, which I have had done here 2x in the past. Upon making the appointment, was not asked reason for visit and not told an audiologist would not be available for a hearing test. Made trip to the Loop by "el" on a cold day and discovered this when I arrived at the office. Think office staff should be asking patients their reason for a visit. Sorry to hear Dr. Clemis retired.
