I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hill and her staff. They walked me and my son through every step before surgery and after surgery. She explained everything to me in way that was easy to understand, and she made sure that my son was sent back to school with very specific instructions, and she made sure he had everything he needed to help him with a speedy recovery. Dr Hill has been treating my 5 year old daughter for length discrepancy for about two years now. We have had 5 surgeries with her over the last year, and many office visits. She is very attentive, sharp, meticulous, forward thinking, innovative, respectable, respectful, kind and genuinely cares about her patients and their outcome. I have worked with many doctors in both a professional and a personal setting, and truly believe she's the best of the best. I highly recommend both her, and Texas children's hospital. My son had surgery with Dr Hill. It really really bothered me as a mom when Dr Hill came out of surgery to talk to us in the waiting area, and she had to LOOK UP MY SONS NAME from an index card that was in her pocket! Really? I thought long and hard about registering this complaint, as this does not pertain to her surgical skills, but rather her lack of good bedside manners. A doctor should know her patients name! Especially one that she just operated on! When meeting the family after surgery, it was such a horrible experience for us. Her manners could use lots of refinement, and help. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hill for about 6months now. Love her she's amazing and very professional.

Bad enough the nations best children is set up like an intricate maze. And host to some of the worst and rudest employees ever. Took me an hour to find Dr. Hill's office. Just to get told no, I had to reschedule. But then she had the nerve to try and be nice in the hall way. You can keep that fake smile to your god damn self. Unsure of her diagnosis!Could not come up with a solid treatment plan for my baby!She just added more stress and anxiety to me and my spouse regarding my baby's condition!Will never recommend!
