As my former physician, Dr. D'Souza always kept me well informed, and answered my concerns. She is polite and very thorough. Curtis Menomonie

She was too busy reading my chart to talk to me. When I offered my input she said she couldn't read my chart and talk to me at the same time. She was very cold and uninterested in what I had to say.

I've had Dr. D'Souza as my primary doctor since her arrival in Menomonie. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I have every confidence in her. My family goes to her and I have recommended her to friends and they are so glad I did.
