Jacquline A Tessen

My wife went there for her annual check-up. They ordered her a mammogram, which came back abnormal requiring further testing. She has called 5 times, no one answers the phone, she left messages, and still no response. It's been nearly a month and nothing. Very sad, and very costly if we have to hire an attorney.

with her lackadaisical approach my fibrouds grew out of control. after saying nothing for several years, she was then surprised by how large they were and said she would have to do an open hysterectomy with a vertical incision from my belly button down! changed doctors. do not recommend.

I love her she’s great very straight forward and caring love her rooms always so calming . Her nurse was very nice and professional. Would deff recommend her to family and friends .

Excited about my first visit with Dr Tessen I checked in with my insurance to make sure she was in my network and was assured she was. Went thru all the new patient paperwork and showed up 30 minutes early to be told they could not see me because my insurance demanded a referral. I knew this was wrong so went to their “billing” dept and was told the same. Came home got BC BS on the phone and they called Dr Tessens office while I waited. Lol...
