I called to schedule an appointment, and was scheduled for today. The lady took my insurance info, and all my personal info. I faxed over my testing documents ahead of time so they have it ahead of time. I showed up 20 minutes early to my 4:00pm appointment just to be told the doctor won't be there until 5pm. The girl that was there was really nice and said she will call the lady that scheduled the appointment. The lady tells her that she never confirmed my appointment?! Girl what?! My experience with Dr. Mohan was very positive. I did have to wait a long time to see him, and clearly he is overworked, while I may be frustrated with the process of getting in the door, once it was my turn to see Dr. Mohan, he was attentive, thorough, and patient. I did not feel rushed even though there were still others in the waiting room to see him. I could appreciate why it took so long for me to see him -- he genuinely seems to care about his patients and did not treat us like we were part of a hurried assembly line.

I went to see Doctor Mohan for nerve pain and muscle twitching. He did a basic exam. And told me I had weak reflexes. When I asked about the muscle twitching. He said “Did you google it?” Which was perplexing because he is the Doctor and I am looking for him to provide me answers not the internet. He had me do blood work. A week later I was told my blood readings were all good. I went and got the paperwork. Took the readings to my new primary care provider and I was asked “Has anyone talked to about this high CPK reading?” I told him no. Doctor Mohan never followed up or provided me any new information. Unbelievable. I would advise anyone to seek someone else. While he is nice he is not professional. I went paid and none of my issues were addressed and no follow up was done at all. I'm sure , I have never experienced service like today. I'm a new patient, never seen, suffer from migraines had a stroke 2 years ago n I was literally in the room for 7 mins. No full history just mini. No takes about plans actions didn't even tell me what he thought. He asked 7 questions n said all set have a good day. I'm like wait what!! You didn't do anything let alone say anything. He said I'll contact your primary doctor. I said well what is my follow-up appointment, he says ur primary doctor will be in touch. Like what u mean she sent me a neurologist. I have never seen nothing. I'm going to wait about a week n see what's going to be done . I do know this will not slide with me. Amazing physician, very professional and truly cares about his patients

I showed up at the office at 2:30 for a 3pm appointment and waited until 4 pm. The doctor hadn’t even arrived at the office yet! I told reception to cancel my appointment. I’m not going to wait around another hour for someone who has no respect for other people’s time.

He knows what he is doing, that is for sure. Waits can be a little long though.

Very kind doctor, explains everything in details. Helped me with migraine pains.

Wonderful doctor, clearly competent in treatment and expertise. Very kind.

I was told two different times for my appointment. I rushed out of work to be on time then waited 2 hours to have my name called, waited 30 minutes to see the doctor, and I only saw the doctor for 5 minutes. It was a revolving door system. The patients went in and they went out. The doctor spent 15 minutes voice recording patient notes instead of seeing patients. There is no computer system so everything is done by hand. The doctor skipped over me to see another patient.
