Jaime Beth Gershman

I saw Jaime for a few months, and wish it could have been more. She helped me explore myself, which is exactly what I needed, as a way to improve my life and make choices that are in alignment with who I am. My sessions with her were powerful and stretched me to grow. Her approach is unique -- this isn't sit in a recliner classic therapy, if that's what you're looking for. For me, this is the type of guided self-reflection I needed. She never put words in my mouth but helped me unbury my thoughts and feelings so that I could put words to them myself.

I have seen Jaime for a few years, and I am only now realizing how little progress I've made while working with her. She is an unsympathetic listener, unrealistic in her suggestions, and overall not a very kind person. I do not recommend working with her, and I plan to leave her practice as soon as I can find somebody else.
