Dr. Jamal Naser Abdel-Rahman

I am giving this Dr. 1 Star for allowing his wife, the Office Manager named May, the authority to make medical decisions for his patients. During the couple years that my husband saw this doctor, he was constantly forced to have visits for prescription refills every cpl mos that did not require testing. He tried to get a refill I believe in 2019 when I questioned why the appt for a refill? She proceeded to say that he needed to have bloodwork for his annual which wasn't up for a couple more months. We had another situation over a bill and May did not credit his account correctly for the payments he made at the desk. She got upset and told him that he could look for another Dr. and even talked badly about me for asking her to explain the bill. My husband had continued to see this Dr. over covid for a few more times. But today, May called my husband and cancelled his appt. and dr. won't provide him services any longer. I called and she brought up the issue we had a couple years ago.

worst doctor ever after the money not to help the patient . he is a bad doctor that does not listen to pateint needs.Worst Doctor I’ve dealt with until this day. He doesn’t seem to want to hear his patients needs and what they came to see him for doesn’t spend enough time diagnosing. The office is worst because they take days later to submit referral requests making your healing journey much harder and complicated as they would never follow up with you or disclose what’s happening on their end.

Very nice Dr been going since 2002 has a lot of compassion. Very friendly office all the staff are excellent I walk in all the time most I wait 15-20 min

I am disabled, but Dr. Rahman knows what to do to help me. I love Dr. Rahman!

The doctor and his staff are very friendly and professional! I we puld recommend this Dr.office to anyone looking for a new one!
