Everyone I encountered was pleasant, courteous and respectful. The office was very warm and inviting, the nicest medical office I have ever encountered! The technician who conducted the procedure made sure that I was comfortable and assisted me along with being very helpful. I appreciated the time and care Dr. Adams took to review my MRI scans with my husband and me, even doing a sonogram to assist in determining the probable cause of my medical problem. The very kind and generous offer was extended for me to return for another MRI scan in a couple of months when the present swelling has (hopefully!) improved. This is the practice of medicine with a heart!

Dr. Adams and his staff were amazing. The facility is very warm and comforting, and will answer any questions you may have. Dr. Adams will personally reviews your images with you and discuss any concerns or questions you may have the same day. I would highly recommend New Concepts anyone in the area needing an MRI.

The people here are absolutely amazing! I was welcomed with a warm smile and greeting by the receptionist (She is a sweetheart of a lady) and the doctor was very informative and down to earth. After my MRI, the doctor went over the results with me and asked me about the issues I was having. By the time I left, I was well aware of the condition of my back, and I was able to look and see the images myself as the doctor walked me through it. It was a great experience, and at only a fraction of the usual cost! Also, I received a DVD with all my images on it. I highly recommend anyone who needs an MRI to go to New Concepts. You will not be disappointed!

Great visit, Dr. Adams has a great way of explaining what he sees in ways one can easily understand. My diagnosis was very easy to understand and we had a straightforward path of treatment.

In my book Dr. Adams is the best! He is friendly and explains why you are hurting where you are hurting. The office is very organized and you rarely have to wait. His office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.

I've spoken to Dr. Adams different times at New Concepts Open MRI in Kirksville, MO. He takes the time to explain the images, and he answers my questions.

Dr Adams was easy to talk to and explained what he saw in a way that I understood. Donna and Kyle ( hope that is the right name) were also very friendly and helpful. I will recommend these people highly.

I had my MRI here in June 2021. I have awesome service. All the staff is super nice & caring. They have an open MRI Machine which is awesome. Over the years I’ve been there 5+ times & they still have all my records to compare them. Dr. Adams spent a whole hour answering my questions & reading my MRI. I’m super satisfied with his knowledge & concerns for me. If you have to have an MRI contract them. ????????????

This is the second time I have been to Dr. Adams - and I came back because my first experience was great. When my doctor's office was going to schedule my MRI elsewhere, but I requested Dr. Adams. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Adams takes the time to look at the MRI and discuss it right then and there. I could ask him questions, and he patiently explained things and showed me things about my knee. Because this was the second time I was there with the same problem, he was able to pull up my first MRI 4 years ago and compare and contrast, which I greatly appreciated. If you need a MRI and want to know what's going on, this is the place to go!

The receptionist was very personable. Kyle was attentive to my needs. Dr. Adams took a lot of time in explaining my results to me in detail.

Dr.Adams explained things so I could understand it. we went over my MRI results and I asked questions. he asked me questions about my problem and helped me to understand the possibilities I had in making a choice for treatment. very nice man. was very relaxed and didn't rush or hurry through it.

Dr. Adams is the best of the best in town. He is a patient’s physician with an unbelievable fund of knowledge and accurate diagnostic skills. I was worried about my rotator cuff but he predicted that I had a frozen shoulder. He listens and explains things well. I found Dr. Adams to be knowledgeable, perceptive and extremely professional. He took time to explain things before and after my shoulder MRI. He even gave me a copy of the images for my file. No complaints – Less emails- Very efficient- In and out in an hour. I must include, it is one of the cheapest MRI scanning services you can get in the United states with most modern equipment. He and his team were kind and courteous. Good Job Dr. Adams! I am impressed!

From my first scheduling phone call to the discussion of my MRI, I was treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. Donna the office manger made every aspect of my check in relaxing and informative. I was immediately set at ease by her competent demeanor and the well ordered and beautiful waiting room. Kyle, the technician listened as I gave an account of my injury as well as symptoms. At no time did I feel rushed or anxious due to his attentiveness. By the time I was prepped for my test (with a music CD of my choosing) I was completely ready for the MRI to begin. I then met with Dr. Adams who thoroughly went over every aspect of my test, making sure I fully understood the nature of my injury. His level of expertise and empathetic care, gave me in-depth knowledge of my injury. With patience Dr. Adams listened to my concerns, answering all of my questions. I recommend New Concepts Open MRI with confidence that all who enter will receive this same level of quality care.

I have been a patient three times with Dr. Adams. His operation is incredible. The waiting room looks like a parlor in a fine hotel. The receptionist is helpful and eager to serve. I had no waiting time at all. The technician was cheerful and competent. Dr. Adams actually shows the patient the images and explains them. He takes as much time as a patient requests. When I leave, I know what my problem is and what my options are for solving it.

Everything went very smoothly. I was pleased not to be kept waiting. I got to choose a CD to listen to, and, most importantly, Dr. Adams took time to review my images with me the same day. I really appreciate that I didn't have to make a separate appointment at another time to get the results, I didn't leave empty-handed, and I got to ask questions directly of the person reviewing my results.

Most Definitely , I continue to recommend Dr. Adams and his facility and staff as the best In the nation, I have friends far and wide across the Continent And I hear complaints ,a lot on several issues, That have Had to deal with issues regarding MRI testing and scheduling. Facility was warm and inviting. The staff was amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Talked me through each step, Dr. Adams showed me my images before I left. That made me feel better knowing something without waiting for my physician to call.

Needed a brain MRI due to headaches. Entire staff was very helpful. Dr Adams reviewed the images with me, asking questions, sharing information, pointing out everything that might concern me and assuring me no tumor or other abnormalities existed. He reassured me that my brain looked healthier than average people my age. He spent about 20 to 25 minutes with me. I felt he was truly concerned about my health and I left feeling all my questions were answered in a kind and thorough way. I will highly recommend him and New Concepts Open MRI to anyone needing these services.

I fell on Feb 17, 2020 and had been in pain for 3 months. I scheduled an MRI and was seen by Dr. Adams afterward. He is very patient and explains everything you need to know about the MRI. He asks questions about the reason for the injury and gives his opinion on what the next steps should be. I have been to New Concepts Open MRI in the past and found this appointment to be just as successful as the last. I love the fact that you get the results immediately and don't have to wait on a consultation with your primary doctor. Would highly recommend New Concepts Open MRI and Dr Adams!!

Dr. Adams spent time with me making sure he had all of the information and then reviewed the results with me. He took time to explain everything and how it could stem from my injury. The best part is it was done right there immediately after the MRI and within hours a complete report was sent to my PCP.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Kyle was very helpful at explaining things to my 14 year old daughter, who was extremely nervous. Dr. Adams reviewed the imaging with us after the MRI was finished. He explained in detail, what he was looking at. It put our minds at easy, when he explained that her brain was perfectly healthy with no signs of a tumor or anything else. That made my daughter feel extremely happy and less worried about her health. It is nice to be able to get your results from the doctor right then and there, instead of having to wait days or even weeks to get the results. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and his staff to anyone. They make you feel like family!!

When I called Dr. Adams’ office, I didn’t know it, but it was closed. Dr. Adams answered the phone anyway, and talked to me about what my husband was going through with his back. He then called and talked to my husband and told us to come on over and he’d do an mri for us. He couldn’t have been better. He sent an email and the results to my husband’s surgeon and he had surgery two weeks later. We highly recommend Dr. Adams.

I have always had an issue handling MRIs as I am somewhat claustrophobic. I was in the Open MRI machine with a helmet-type camera over my head for over 1.5 hours and the only issue I had was that my sinus was draining I had to cough or choke. As for the result, I truly appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Adams, have him show me the results & explain what he was seeing. It helped me considerably to be able to leave there with an explanation of my symptoms.

Dr. Adams was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to put my 12 year old son at ease and explained everything in terms my son could understand. Highly recommended since you recei e feedback and results of your MRI immediately after the procedure.

I had a MRI on my shoulder yesterday in the open MRI machine. It was not painful, uncomfortable or claustrophobic, in fact so relaxing with music playing I fell asleep. Afterward Dr. Adams reviewed my results directly with me, pointing out on the images the extent of my injury and recommended next possible steps. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and his staff.

Dr Adams was very patient (no pun intended) with us explaining what he saw in my husband's MRI data and making sense of it with us. I especially like getting the feedback on that data right away so that we could begin acting on relieving the problem.

It is rare to have the opportunity to have a face-to-face conversation with a radiologist. Dr. Adams inquired to my symptoms and correlated that to what my exam results were in easy to understand terms.

My vote in the national debate regarding whether patients like discussing their exam with a radiologist is a resounding YES! Thank you, Dr. Adams! I deeply appreciate being informed of my MRI results and treatment options. Your explanation has helped reduce my anxiety regarding further treatment. Dr. Adams office got me in quickly for an appointment. He spent time with me after the MRI to show me the results and explain what they meant. He answered all of my questions in depth to help me understand my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Adams.
