If I’ve injured a foot, I’d much rather wait until office hours with Dr. Baird rather than going to the ER—who will tell me to go see my own doctor. I also appreciate how helpful Dr. Baird and his staff are to educate me on self care. Wish all my medical people were like Dr. Baird. A gentleman and a scholar.

Everything from walking in and being greeted all the way through the entire process and proceedure , I could not be more pleased with. Staff and Doc were great. Including something that is an oddity nowdays...all very personable and pleasant! Dr Baird is very helpful. He is exceptional at educating patients on how to self manage any challenges with a related condition. He has a great staff who are compassionate and helpful.

I brought my 87 year old mother in to see Dr. Baird. He was patient and understanding with her. He explained everything in detail. Dr. Baird was gentle with my mother and she enjoyed her visit. His nurse Tori was professional and a pleasure to talk to. We are so happy we found Family Foot and Ankle and Dr. Baird.

Dr and staff are awesome!

Dr Baird and the staff are always very helpful.. Never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen.

Staff are always attentive and demonstrate a caring for their patients. Dr. Baird is exceptional in attending to his patients and in listening to their concerns.

Very happy with my first appointment with Dr. Baird. The office visit was very efficient and he set me up to resolve my foot pain. Plus close to home!

My first time ever going to a podiatrist and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and very capable and compassionate foot care. I felt very comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable situation. Highly recommend to anyone with foot or ankle issues.

Super sweet to our 4 year old and gave great care. We will go back if we need to but I feel confident with Dr. Baird’s directions to manage her hurt toe at home. The office staff was also nice and helpful.

Go here. Staff is pleasant and competent. Never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Very organized. Dr. Baird is A+. Every time I’ve gone he has resolved my issue. Just had foot surgery and have minimal pain. Dr Baird is compassionate and willing to do all he can to make patient better. This Dr. Is the one to see.

In a nutshell, I was lied to. It appears this office is more focused on how much money they can make vs looking out for their patients. Doctor does not return calls after my clear ask to the assistant or his staff decides not tell James to return the call. Either one is a non-professional. I was trying to schedule an MRI via their office (as I already had one visit and was told by the doctor if it does not get better I would need a MRI) and the assistant is telling me now I need another xray (even though I had one) for insurance before I can get a MRI. This was false as I just got MRI through another Podiatrist no problems. My experience is they are looking to keep bringing you in the office, make false claims just so they can make money and waste your time.

Absolutely pleased w/ my visit yesterday w/ Dr. Baird. He and his entire staff were fantastic. From the start of the visit, he ensured to go over my x-rays in detail and paused when needed if I had questions. Thorough examination and manipulation of both feet as well as assessment of my stance and gait all led to what I believe to be a solid diagnosis to the issue I've endured for almost 2 years. Treatment started and plan of action explained in detail. It has not even been 24 hrs since my visit, but the sling and insert he has me using is already making a difference. As always, Family Foot & Ankle has met my needs with great care. Dr. Baird takes great care in the process of his work and I come away with comfort in my feet and can walk without pain. I must add that his staff is the best as they also show care and understanding for the patients. FF&A is the only place to go for any foot problems.
