Terrible experience today. As a mom I feel like a total failure for putting my child in their care. The nurse treated me like I was an idiot because I ask a question about the procedure, yelled at my daughter while pushing her out to the car, swung my car door open and hit the vehicle next to me, yelled at that driver and then literally threw my child in the car with a prescription without telling what it was for or how to use it. Absolutely horrible, will never step foot in that office again. I called and Michelle, who I assume is the manager said she would “talk with her.” My daughter said she was mean to her while she was back for the procedure. I have never experienced such. I will be sharing my story and encouraging our dentist to stop referring this practice. Dr. Belcher may be talented, but what are his standards if he allows someone to mistreat patients this way? I really liked Dr Belcher, his assistant and cost. Since that consultation, my opinion has decreased. Their surgery scheduler was tardy by days. She advised me Dr B would not remove a broken crown as promised. Today another call saying that he wants a $350 x-ray taken that would have been free at my consultation visit.

Do not go here!!! I was scheduled for 4 wisdom teeth to be removed! I wake up after my surgery and was told that I was fighting under sedation and they could only get 3! THEN I HAD TO COME OUT MY POCKET $260 more dollars to extract one tooth! Get home today and they don’t even have the kindness to give me anything for my pain after I was put through extra surgery and spent extra money! I was told something “over the counter” can help with my wisdom tooth pain from my surgery!’n ABSOLUTE BS!! Do not go here!!! I was scheduled for 4 wisdom teeth to be removed! Definitely will never use this oral surgeon again. I had an appointment to get 3 teeth extracted, I was supposed to be completely asleep to get this done as I have severe anxiety when it comes to any sort of dental work. Not only did he pull the wrong tooth, I was completely awake the entire time and knew exactly what was going on after paying over $500 to be under anesthesia. Poor bedside manner. He complained about having to be in the office so early before even speaking to me.

I was treated very well during my procedure. The office is clean and made me feel very welcome. The staff is professional and did a great job as well. I would recommend Dr. Belcher for sure

Today I had my wisdom teeth extracted and I have not had surgery since I was a child so I was quite worried but Dr Belcher handled it very well and my procedure was really easy and painless. I would definitely recommend go to him for your oral surgery.

Pulling out one wisdom tooth was okay but it was very expensive. I know other places who does it for half the price and the same good job. Also i had to go back on a visit and i waited 20 minutes in the waiting room and than waited another 30 minutes in a room alone and than the doctor came and looked in my mouth for no longer than 30 seconds.
