best dentist i have ever been to!!!

I have insurance that pays 100% for preventative which includes exam, bite wings and cleaning, every 6 months. They want $250 up front and will reimburse me once my insurance pays. I have NEVER had a dentist office require me to pay upfront for this. I understand if the patient doesn’t have insurance ,but I do, and the people working there usually will call your insurance to see what all is covered. I used to be a patient there and really liked the dentist but this policy is unfair for those with insurance. Maybe they are too lazy to verify patient insurance like other dentists offices do, I am not sure. Really disappointed.
