This office is a complete joke!!! My daughter broke her foot and needed surgery in two days. Her PCP refused to clear her for surgery and said neurologist needed to see her for her non epileptic seizures. When calling the office multiple times and telling them this the office refused to see her until June…3 months away. She needs surgery to repair two bones in her foot. One is completely displaced and her toe hangs down. Her foot curves in and will not move. No matter what they refuse to see her even for five minutes to clear her for surgery. “There’s absolutely no way we can get you in before June”. If we can’t get this surgery soon this will impact her foot healing and affect her for the rest of her life. Not to mention she has been calling for months and left multiple messages asking her EEG results and no one has bothered to call her back. I will be contacting the department of health and humans services and find out what doctors board to report them. This is basically a refusal for a much required treatment. I can’t imagine not even caring about your patients.

This doctor misdiagnosed me with wrong medications abilify and lamictal they thought I had bipolar depression, I got a second opinion apparently found out I actually had attention-deficit disorder not bipolar depression who in there right mind would misdiagnose a paitent for the wrong type of medication.

He is my son's doctor and my son has MS and can't see, and these people are not trying to see my son until April 1, mean while my son is throwing up, can't see, and can't hold food down. I want to talk to him, not a nurse! The front desk is the problem, always putting people off.

best, most kind and listens great! Bobenhouse is the best by far! He diagnosed me at 19 and at 37 I am still seeing him. He is the only doc that can understand where my very rare seizures are coming from. The rest treated me like a joke. He is wise and I will only see Bobenhouse, period.

My husband is treated by Dr. Bobenhouse for strokes5, 6 and 7 over the last 6 years. We are probably one of the patients that cause others to have late appointments. He asks me serious questions in trying to help my husband’s neuropathy and spasticity . He actually listens to my answers. He tried to find the answers to the strokes and recommended us to Mayo Clinic. They did not have answers, either. My husband is treated by Dr. Bobenhouse for strokes5, 6 and 7 over the last 6 years. Dr. Bobenhouse was very thorough with my mom. His overall attention to detail left us feeling like he cared. The exam room however had cobwebs in the windows and dust on exam table and countertops. So we were not impressed with house keeping. Not the Doctors fault. lol

Dr. Bobenhouse was great when treating my mom. Unfortunately, his front desk office people are to blame for some of the poor reviews. We have attempted to get another appointment with their office and I have not received a phone call back. I followed up again, after 3 weeks and the person answering the phone was rude and impatient when I explained the situation at hand. She dismissed me by saying that all of their nurses left the office and they were low in staff. What a shame to have staff who can't deal with customers. great so far, Dr, Bobenhouse is smart, kind and asks good questions. Trying to help me. I have two different neurological diseases with brain at same time. meds are working!

Dr Bobbenhouse is very knowledgeable, follows up with me and is willing to listen to a patient. He takes time during the appointments to do a through exam and ask about drug reactions.

While other doctors gave up on my mother's condition, Dr. Bobenhouse listened to my father and showed genuine concern. He ordered tests significant to my mother's final diagnosis. We are very grateful to Dr. Bobenhouse for his knowledge, his principles and his compassion.

I saw Dr. Bobenhouse a few days ago and he was very professional. He asked me questions and allowed me to answer. He would ask more questions if he wanted me to be more elaborate on a answer. He went over my symptoms then went and looked at my MRI and came back and asked more questions. He told me his recommendations and we worked out what was best for me. I needed a lumbar puncture which his staff set up immediately for me in my home town. He also had blood drawn for tests. The lab lady was very nice woman and there was no pain or problem with blood draw. His staff was very nice and professional. I have to add this on. When I called a few days later to see what the Dr thought about one of the tests, his nurse was rude and said the Dr was busy and she knew that if there had been any questions about a test he would have taken care of it. Dr. Bobenhouse is very thorough, polite, intellegent and helpful with our family. Thank you for working so hard to help us find a diagnosis for our dad.

He is thorough and is committed to the best care for his patients.

Doesn't answer phone calls. Doesn't give results timely - 5 weeks after MRI.

The rudest and incompetent office personnel I have ever delt with. It took two weeks for them to give my wife an appointment and the day before her appointment they canceled it and said we would have to wait another month to get in. The girl also hung up on her once, thats another long story. Stay away. Got appointment in another town in one week.

He was not personable at all. Asked very few questions or gave any feedback to my answers and my volunteered information. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my EEG and MRA results which the hospital said he’d have results within 24 hours. The letter said results were normal but didn’t give any follow up or ask for an update. I am not going back to him, I will drive an hour away to see someone else. In this digital age I would have expected feedback much sooner. Took 3 days for nurse to call bk.

Would NOT recommend Dr. Boes to even my dog!!! What a complete a**hole!! No joke. I felt like I was being interrogated for a murder instead of trying to figure out what is going on!!!

I saw Dr Boes well over a year ago, closer to two years. Took one look at me, saw me for 3 minutes and said it was an essential tremor and kicked me out the door with a nearly 360 dollar bill for the visit. I didn't accept that, got a referral the next day for my current neuro. Who is referring me up to UNMC to a movement disorder specialist for JUVENILE ONSET PARKINSONS. I'm 20 years old, was 18 when I saw him. 20 with an almost positive Parkinson's diagnosis. I saw Dr Boes well over a year ago, closer to two years. Dr. Boos is a complete a**hole. Do not go to him at all. He thinks he knows it all and won't let you speak or explain what is going on. My ENT was the one that figured out my treatment for migraines not him. So if your doctor writes you a referral to him, reject it and get another neurologist. I've also tried making payments by phone for the past 3 days and no one picks up the phone or returns your messages. I owe a lot of money for him seeing me for 5 minutes. He reads off the chart you answer questions to and asks you then in the room and that's it. Lol. He's a joke. Dr. Boos is a complete a**hole. Do not go to him at all. I've seen Dr. Bobenhouse for over 10 years for MS. I find him knowledgeable, concerned about my well being, and uses shared decision making principles. There are lots of new medications and he keeps up on them all and makes good suggestions. He is reachable if something is urgent. Several of these reviews are for a different physician. I was not initially excited about my appointment with Dr Bobbenhouse,. I last saw him about 20 years ago and at that time I thought he had no personality. I was pleasantly surprised at my appointment recently. He was very personable, talkative, and seemed to listen to my concerns. I would recommend him to all I know.

Unprofessional, my appointment was scheduled for 12:30, I didn't get back to a room til 1:30. Me and my boyfriend didn't get out of there til 3:00

Waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment before I was even seen. Absolutely unacceptable. Took off work early to be here and by the time I was actually seen I would have been able to work my full shift, stop to get lunch, eat, then drive here and still be early.

Great doctor, he is very thorough and hands on. He will do intense treatment to make sure you are getting the correct diagnosis. If you want and need the best Neurology help, Dr. Bobenhouse is the best.

He doesn't answer phone calls, can't schedule appointments, won't give test results. If there were a 0 he would get it. Am writing complaint to a.m.a. my granddaughter having multiple seizures,almost daily, he did EEG 2 weeks ago,still no appt to discuss.
