Had an appointment for me and my husband. Second time for glasses..we got there at 4.00 for our 430 appointment and asked if they were on time and they said yes 15 minutes. We both came back I waited in the car for jason to be done why I worked. And when I cane back in they said no appr cause I wasn't checked in :/ very rude girls up front. So we got a refund for the 500 something james spent. We will be going so.ewhere else...sa cause we loved the doctor...

The women in there are very racist and I don't prefer no black people to go there 2 ladies named naomi and malessa were very rude and I didn't like they're costumer service I will never go back there

I had appt on 11/8 with Dr. Bracken. I was a new patient and he was very professional and explained everything very well to me. We got into a conversation about my husband's medical issues and he's never met my husband but he acted interested and concerned. The ladies who fitted me for my new glasses were excellent as well. I was traveling when I started feeling my eyes hurting. We were passing Barstow, Ca. I immediately start calling places to look at my eyes and no one but James R. Dallas received me. Excellent service specially Esmeralda, she was really nice and helpful. Thank you so much! I could continue my trip with my family.

If I could give zero stars I would the staff here is horrible and have never experienced such bad customer service. Staff was discriminating and rude I just wanted a replacement of my glasses the woman completly messed everything up and tried to blame me and instead of fixing the issue I was given a refund that day later on I tried to do the process again since they already have my prescription on file and I was literally told that they do not want to deal with me and to go somewhere else. When you ask to speak to a manager they say there isnt one I dont understand how a business can be run with a staff like that if anyone is reading this before going in save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Great friendly place, very knowledgeable great selection of eyewear.

Dr. Dallas helped me see clearly with nice prescription sunglasses. He helped my sister as well. His level of care and professionalism is excellent.

During my visit Dr. Dallas was friendly and knowledgeable. He eased any concerns I had concerning corrective eyewear and actually set me up with stylish new frames. Sight is a gift and Dr. Dallas makes it happen.

I travel to get to Dr. Dallas' office. It’s worth the effort. I know I am getting the latest technology in optometric exams. It is reassuring when the doctor runs so many tests to confirm the health of your eyes. Even with all this technology, sometimes eyes just deteriorate as we age. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Dallas is thorough and patient. He explains things very well during his eye exams. I've needed a few different prescriptions written over the years and his are always spot on. There's a reason I drive all the way from LA to have my eyes checked: Dr. Dallas and his staff are the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Dallas since he opened his office in Barstow. I have major eye issues and he educated me about the pending issues way before the problems emerged. There is no cure or fix for my problems yet. I hope in the coming years research for myopic macular degeneration finds a cure or a surgery etc. Until then I see Dr. Dallas and my opthamologist regularly. It is obvious that Optometry is Dr. Dallas' passion. He is as enthusiastic about his profession today as he was over 20 years ago when I first met him. His staff is fantastic!

They not only made an appointment, but called to confirm it, when they knew my insurance didn't allow me to have another exam at this time. So I drove in special for an appointment I couldn't have.

Great staff! Friendly dr! And great selection of glasses plus brought my one year old with me and the dr made her laugh and made it all around a great appointment
