I'm kinda confused. I sent my husband in for an exam and glasses. All seemed to go great. Everyone was friendly. On the day he went to pick up his glasses, the Dr totally ignored him. Wouldn't speak to him or help with getting his order completed. I saw another review where someone said he was rude, now I know why. The lady working for him was nice at all times though. Great eye exams. My prescriptions are always perfect. I can always see good out of the glasses. If something is off, he doesn't hesitate to refer you to a Specialist.
