Emergency rooms and other orthopedics performed X-rays, CT scans and MRI’s on my lower back, they all figured my pain came from herniated discs. I was referred to Dr. James Eby, he took those same test results and narrowed my issue down my nerves and performed a Radiofrequency Ablation(RFA) on my lower back. Took 90% of my pain away, gave me my balance back and all I’m do’n now is, try’n to strengthen my body back to normal with Physical Therapy. Dr. Eby has been working with me for the last 3 years after I injured my spine while exercising. He has always been kind and professional. Working with Doctor James Eby has been amazing, went to see Dr.Eby late last year with a number of issues, pinch nerves, arthritis developing in my shoulder, After discussion regarding my option, we decided to do a shot in my shoulder and hoping it would alleviate the pinched nerve and also the pain that persisted in my shoulder.That shot was the turning point for my constant shoulder pain and the pinched nerve, this is the best I have felt in months. Dr Eby is amazing! It took about 7/8 months, I stuck with his plan, and I feel 100% again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He treated my 71 year old mother for her back pain she was given a total of 3 epidural shots and on the last shot he hit her sciatic nerve ?? Called us back the next week and told us there was nothing else he could do for her. I’m sure he wouldn’t want someone doing his mother that way. So no I would not recommend him ??????

Dr. Eby is caring, knowledgeable, competent, gentle and takes time with his patients. He listened to all of my concerns and didn't rush me through my visits. I had 5+ months of NO PAIN from spinal stenosis after epidurals, personally administered by Dr. Eby.

Epidural shot on 4/29/2020

First appointment was Thursday, 5/7/2020. He quickly identified problems that is causing me pain in Ribs and Spine. He was not in a rush when he came into my room. Very pleasant.

Very kind and understanding! Truly cares about patient and I am very blessed to have him as doctor during my back pain/injury.

Callous and condescending. His diagnosis and course of treatment may be in line with what most others would do, but his discussion with us was uncalled for and demeaning. There are tactful, concerned ways to tell a patient and their family that you can't help them. He evidently does not possess the ability to do that part of the hypocratic oath to do no harm.

Dr. Eby is the best pain manager Dr. I have ever met. He is caring spends time with you, makes you feel special, and really wants to help you get rid of your pain without surgery. I recommend him to all my friends in Del Webb that is having back pain.
