Dr. James Joseph Enyeart

I have been going to Dr. Enyeart for over 20 years. Yes, the office staff did have some "girls"sent in to work there when the doctor was with Steward Medical. He is now with Southwoods, & his long-time staff of 3 are the greatest. They work together like a well greased machine. They are not robotic, nor brain dead like many newcomers in the medical field. Dr. Enyeart is like a bloodhound. Yes, he sends his patients to several specialists if needed, but he always gets to the root of the problem! He's worth the wait & he gives me the time & attention I need.

I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor. He referred to a therapist for a diagnosis and prescription, but when I got it, he said he never requested. He said he had to read the therapist letter which was sitting right in front of him. He was looking on the computer for it, and when I told him it was there. He asked me if I thought he was dumb or if I was a therapist. Then he got up and left the room. I waited but he never came back. I left and told nurse I would be seeing another doctor. I have depression and am new in this city. He was rated highly on this site so I thought he would be good. In previous interactions, after referring me to heart doctor, he asked me when I came back for follow up what I was there for. I explained he asked me to make appointment after seeing cardiologist. He had nothing to say about the referral who any notes from cardiologist, but then I told him about my depression and that was when he asked me to see therapist and get diagnosis.

Dr. Enyeart was very rude to me on last visit. He is also partially deaf and you have to speak loud to have him hear you. He asked me to get a diagnois for my depression and a suggested prescription since I have had depression for years. I got every thing he needed, but he did not read the letter for therapist. He accused me of thinking he was dumb and thinking I was a therapist. He spoke down to me very rudely and then left the room, never coming back.

Great doctor and great staff im very happy with them

Everyone at the office is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and concerned about their patients.

All office staff are very professional and helpful.Dr Enyeart is very knowledgeable and helpful and if he is unsure he tells you then assigns a specialist we all respect him

They are rude and slow.. You waiting along time in the back.

Best dr and staff everyone is always very nice and understanding

It is nice to go to a doctor who treats you like a person and takes interest in your life.

Horrible physician!! Wouldn't sign off on a chiropractic x-ray because he doesn't believe in chiropractic. The patient ended up having cervical cancer. Do yourself a favor and find a Dr. who cares about their patients and is educated on evidence based practice. Also, do yourself a favor and search and read reviews on local chiropractors vs this medical doctor. Horrible physician!! Very good.

Barb, Bernice, and Mary are great. They keep things running smoothly. Dr. Enyeart takes good care of his patients and really listens to your concerns.

They have been very diligent to help me with my health care needs. I have several complex health issues that require specialists, and Dr. Enyeart doesn't hesitate to refer me to the right person. Also, if I need seen quickly, the office will get me in usually within a day or so, so that the doctor can take care of me. Dr. Enyeart listens to what I have to say, and responds. Waited to long, place is dirty filty, staff make mistakes, I don't think he goes to any hospitals

This is by far the worst doctor in the area. The staff is rude and 2 hour wait every single time. My husband who is in desperate need of care had to leave because he sat in the waiting room so long. I was on hold for 10 minutes to confirm his appointment. Understaffed and unprofessional

This Doctor and His office do not care about their patients time. It's always a minimum of an hour or two of a wait and that's if the doctor shows up on time. This office should respect their patients time more.

Doctor is good. Staff should be fired. Unfriendly , stinky, and untrained. Place is dirty and smell like cigarette. Like most people that go here they also screwed up my tests and billed me incorrectly. If he gets new staff and cleans the place I would recommend.

He's great. The front desk lady needs to be fired. she called my prescriptions in wrong and to the wrong pharmacy and when I called her to tell her about it she was awful and refused to fix it. Then i got the glue and she again called them in to a pharmacy that's 45 minutes away from me. Exactly what I want to deal with when I have the flu!

The staff is very unfriendly. The waiting room is absolutely filthy and very outdated. Every time I go there with a problem he refers me to a different doctor so I really don't think he's good at diagnosing anything. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I'm there I wait at least an hour or more to be seen. It's obvious they are way overbooking their patients. He also has taken personal phone calls right in the middle of examining me which I thought was extremely rude.

Always pleasant and willing to listen.

Dr Enyeart is a nice Dr but I'm not convinced he is knowledgeable about anyone other than geriatrics and his staff leave something to be desired at best. His office chairs and carpet are filthy which isn't good for a drs office either.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Enyeart's expertise and abilities. When I returned to the area after a 20-year hiatus, I sought a physician with a geriatric specialty, which he has. He is very knowledgeable about the state of my health and thoroughly explains everything to me. It is obvious that he is a caring provider, with a staff that I have grown to know better over time and appreciate.
